Our family experience was both unpleasant and concerning. I regret not reading Google reviews before making my appointment.The receptionist was appropriate; however, once we entered the small and inadequate exam area, we noticed that the employee administering the medical questionnaire was struggling, and my son had trouble understanding her. Instead of guiding him to complete the sentences, she instructed him to “just repeat the sentences after her.” One of the initial questions was: “If red is hot, blue is _________?” Unfortunately, our time with the pediatrician was no better. She rushed through the exam in a careless and insensitive manner. Additionally, she included inaccurate and false information in the visit summary, mentioning things she never asked about or did.
