This guy is a kook! He used his time with me as a captive audience to describe why I should believe in god, how I can't do anything about improving my weight, discussing my purpose in life, and various nonsensical metaphysical topics. I was most uncomfortable the whole time, and his behavior was beyond inappropriate.

Horrible man
Not only did he very inaccurately mansplain my own chronic illness to me and tell me my illness is my fault, he gave me a Pap smear after I told him I would rather have a female physician perform it on me. At first he said that’s fine, put the gown on so we can do other physicals, so I did. Then he came back in the room and performed it himself. This was my first well woman exam, and I’m very small. He didn’t talk me through what was happening and when I told him I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t relax he proceeded on. Absolutely horrible experience, I feel violated.

Worst experience ever
He is so rude, and incredibly inaccurate. Bedside manners have gone out the window with this doctor!! I've never left a place so shaken up. Gross demeanor, please do yourself a favor and pick someone who is compassionate and cares

Excellent doctor and staff, give it a chance
Dr Creelman has been my doctor for quite some time and I have nothing but good things to say. His staff is always nice and flexible when I need it, his medical knowledge is second to none (UW School of Medicine) Would you rather have a guy working on you that is brand new and hasn't practiced in "the real world" or would you rather have a seasoned veteran that has made his life about medicine and your health care? I would rather have the guy who has loads of time under his belt rather than the new kid that doesn't know his you-know-what from a hole in the ground. Dr. Creelman every time. Take a chance and try a local doctor that works for you rather than for a giant corporation.

Respectful, laser-focused on the patient
I usually see Sondra Beck, the excellent health care nurse practitioner in this practice, but yesterday saw Dr. Creelman for the first time. I was very impressed. He reviewed my file. I explained the symptoms that suddenly came over me a few days ago. Dr. Creelman listened intently, politely stopping me from time to time with questions that helped clarify or rule out. He showed me how to take my pulse and also asked me to monitor my blood pressure and scheduled an appointment to follow up in a week. Dr. Creelman is very thorough and clear in his explanations. He is knowledgeable and very thorough.

Fantastic. Really cares.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Creelman for over 30 years. We always are able to get in if we have an emergency. Can always reach them by phone. The staff is exceptional also! Love all the nurses over the years, very caring and helpful. He explains himself many different ways. Sometimes we have a communication problem, but we stick with it until we understand each other. He really cares!

Awesome
My doctor retired after being our family doctor for over 30 years, it took over a year to find a family doctor that would even take new patients. After being referred by a customer of our excavation company Doctor Creelman got me in right away got to a diagnosis and treatment right away., my wife and I are both very pleased with the Creelman practice and their amazing staff.

This man needs to retire. The first question he asked me was if I was mad at God. What a dumb question. He told me that I didn't have a problem with my BP (which is the reason I came in) "but take the medication I prescribe if you want, I don't care." He changed my antidepressant because he didn't want me on the one I was on. That was miserable. Ends up, I do have high BP,-was in the ER with 192/114 thinking I was have a heart attack. He never ordered ANY blood work - I was notified in the ER that I now have hypothyroidism. Dr Creelman bad mouths orthopedic doctors. He is out of touch and has a GOD complex. Time to hang it up doc!

By far, the most judgmental doctor I have ever encountered. Lots of preaching, as clearly his own faith comes before his professionalism. Not willing to really listen to patients... once he’s made up his mind about you, that’s it. I was literally told during an appointment, “you won’t lose weight from exercising”. Um, really? Now let me be clear, the staff at this office is AWESOME. Cindy is fantastic, as is everyone else I have dealt with there.... but never have I been treated this poorly by a Dr. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for care.

HORRIBLE!!!! I saw him for chronic back pain and had my medical history with me. He did agree that my L1 thru L5 disks were toast, but that he could not do anything for me. I also saw him for anxiety and was told that 3 beers were equal to 1 anxiety pill. Basically drink 6 beers per day!!! What kind of advice is that??? The Hippocratic oath states that a doctor is to treat the ill to the best of one's ability. Maybe he should review the oath.

I am writing this review for my 80 year old mother. I have to say, reading some of these reviews surprise me. I guess it shouldn't because people who are happy with the outcome or diagnosis rarely hardly leave a review. Perhaps we need to be more honest and tell the whole scenario in full details, not selective ones. As I said, I am writing this for my 80 year old mother who lives in Spokane. She saw Dr. Creelman for her knee that was so swollen and very painful, her MRI showed it to be bone on bone. The compassion and patience he showed my mother was so unbelivable that I am lost for words. I have to be honest also and tell you that I have worked for him for the last 21 years. He was very DETAILED on her comprehensive exam, he asked many questions and wanted details back, if that is a fault, then maybe we're not being fair. If my mother lived here she would be a n advocate for him. She was happy with his care and made the comment, "I know why you stay" He gets a 10 from her!

I have no confidante in "Dr" Creelman. He rushed in, scribbled some notes, told me he couldn't help me and rushed out. He made a comment that if there was some other thing wrong with me to come back. That will never happen. Then I got a call from the billing woman and she accused me of lying to her. When I said "you are accusing me of lying!", she said " no I'm not" and then accused me of lying. It was bizarre. Doc Creelman should retire. I will never set foot in his office again

He deserves a ZERO or MINUS rating! Similar to a previous review, he diagnosed me with sleep apnea and signed me up for a study and treatment despite me telling him I was NOT having the symptoms he described. In addition, he told me, "I have other patients to see and don't have time for you to describe everything that's wrong. Just tell me the worst thing you want me to treat." SERIOUSLY? How did this guy ever get licensed to treat anyone? The absolute WORST DOCTOR possible, IN EVERY WAY!

I would not recommend this office. Your choices are very limited in Burlington, but steer clear. There are better options. I stayed with this office for 20 years and have recently had excellent service at a walk in clinic at Skagit Valley Hospital. It made me realize this doctors office was not a provider worth staying at. They are also slightly rude/condescending, which is not what I am looking for when I am going to the doctor.
