Dr. Olesya Brandis, MD

I unfortunately had a silent miscarriage late in my first trimester. Dr Brandis showed so much compassion and care. You could tell she really also felt the pain I was going through at that moment getting the news. With my situation I needed a D&C procedure and she took extra time with me before the procedure helping me work through it and my anxieties. Following the procedure, when I went in for a post op appointment she took 40 mins with me setting up a plan for a next pregnancy, even though the office was busy and she was running behind. You can just tell she not only has a passion for what she does, but that she just truly cares for people. Will never go to another ob again as long as she is in the Rockford area.

Dr Brandis excepted me as a patient in my third trimester and from what I’ve heard that’s unheard of she was very kind and personable with a great sense of humor she put all my worries at ease by explaining everything really well such as pros and cons and possibilities and or chances of things happening I highly recommend her and am looking forward to having her as my OB/GYN with my next pregnancy

Had my first visit with Dr. Brandis today. She’s very friendly with a great sense of humor. She answered our questions and did not rush us even though she had a patient across the street who had just gone in labor! Very good first impression and this is from someone who had to find a new Gyn because my Gyn for about 10 years moved out of state.

She is one of a kind??????.. caring compasionate, she’s gonna spend time with you during the check-up and she’ s gonna answer all the questions that you need to know..

Dr Brandis was very nice and down to earth. She took her time and listened to me. After it taking 2 1/2 years to get PG after having a miscarriage she sympathized with my fears and even gave me a big hug and urged me to relax and enjoy this pregnancy! I would definitely recommend her!

I was recently diagnosed with a severe condition of my cervix. I saw Dr. Brandis for this. I was very scared and did not know what to expect, how my condition would affect my future. Dr. Brandis was very kind, she took her time explaining my diagnosis to me. I felt like I was the only patient in her office that day because there was no rash. All my questions were answered in the way I could understand everything. She made me feel much better. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anybody

Dr.Brandis was very rude to me, and didn't seem to respect my wishes during child birth, I had a terrible experience with her. While I was giving birth to my daughter, I reminded her that I wanted delayed cord clamping and she called me "a control freak" and she made many rude comments towards my mother, who supported me and came with me to appointments.
