Dr. Oliver Perez, MD

Initial visit with PA was fine - performed biopsy and scheduled Mohs surgery for Basal Cell. Had to wait a couple of extra weeks because Dr was on vacation. They confirmed my Wed appointment on Friday and I was all set. Monday they called to cancel and wanted to reschedule for 2 more months out...with no excuse or reasoning why. Totally unacceptable. Tried to get records and was repeatedly told it would be 30 days - extremely rude lady. Finally went in to office and was given records by a nice gentleman (he is the saving grace of the whole terrible experience) - printed all and gave them to me 5 days into the 30 day period. Never met the Dr and would never go to this practice again. They don't seem to care about their patients ,their concerns, their health, their time!

Dr Perez is a terrible doctor. I don't know how he is still practicing. I approached him for acne issues, and he made things worse. He didn't even bother to find out the root cause of my condition or even ask questions about my diet and lifestyle. It showed his arrogant attitude. He just gave me some medication, and I developed rashes all over my body due to it. I am never visiting him again. I'll avoid him forever. You, too, beware!

You'll sit there for hours, twiddling your thumbs while Dr. Oliver Perez decides to grace you with his presence. Does he think our time doesn't matter? Then he swoops in, asks a few questions, and dashes out before you can even finish your sentence. What kind of healthcare is this?

Doctor Perez seemed unconcerned, unfocused, and disinterested on his patients!! His inattentiveness to what I was saying got me in more trouble! He prescribed medications in high doses when I could've been treated with creams or ointments!! It was awful scary because the small patch of rash I had, spread all over my body and had seizure like symptoms!! It was horrible! HORRIBLE!!!

The doctor was nice and very accomodating, but his staff was the exact opposite. I didn't have any problem with the doctor, but I encoutered probably the rudest and most disrespectful receptionist I've ever met. I admit that I was wrong to be a bit late but, I don't think I deserved to be talked down to and be spoken to with a condescending tone!

Dr. Perez is a mean doctor, he doesn't care for his staff, and his attitude doesn't seem like a doctor at all! Without patients looking, he's disrespectful and yells at us. The experience I had working with him was awful!

Dr. Perez has a negative attitude. He blames you for your health conditions and tries to increase your medication on every visit. I felt awful for being blamed for my medical condition. It was rude and disrespectful. I am not visiting this terrible doctor ever again. I will avoid it even if I have to travel many extra miles to meet another dermatologist!

I was prescribed with wrong medications and had the most intense suffering of my life! I learned from another doctor that I was taking the wrong medicines and that's the reason why my body went all red!! It was the most horrible horror in my life! Beware not to come visit this doctor if you want to save your life!!

It's unfortunate that I had an awful experience being a patient of Dr. Oliver Perez. He was recommended to me and was able to address my concerns. However, the staff has always been disrespectful and rude to me ever since I started going to this place. I thought the assistant who attended to me during my first visit was just exhausted. But it turns out that they're all always like that.

The doctor didn't how empathy but he was condescending and arrogant to his patients. Overall, his attitude isn't fit for a doctor!

It's obvious that this doctor is only concerned about making money! His fees were awfully high compared to others, and the medication were terribly many. I felt like I got scammed by Doctor Perez!

I honestly didn't like the terrible way the medical staff treated me. Some of them are okay, but the few I've spoken to were rude and rolled their eyes on me. The doctor himself was nice, but I felt uncomfortable during my stay here not only due to the staff's horrible attitude but also because of the doctor's cold personality.

The doctor was an extremely rude and disrespectful person who didn't take my problem seriously and said I was overreacting. I was not. When I consulted another doctor, they sympathized with me and developed a decent treatment plan. Dr. Perez needs to change his arrogant attitude and terrible behavior. Having a doctor without empathy who avoids your serious concerns is awful!

The lack of empathy and an attitude of arrogance from the doctor was awful, and I as a patient would think that he only does his job for money. If you want someone who shows respect and won't treat you terribly, avoid coming to this doctor!

When I contacted this doctor, I needed a small procedure. These people lied blatantly about how it will be over in a few minutes but it wasn't. They made up fake reasons to keep me in the clinic and increase their earnings. Seeing them making money from me was ridiculous, but I was helpless. These terrible people said I needed no support, leaving me alone and vulnerable. Please avoid this doctor and its horrible staff. They lie to everyone!

The clinic likes to take advantage of people, specially senior people.

I think the head doctor is a very talented and bright person. They were able to help me and my child with all the things we went through. However, the doctor and even some of the receptionists here were often rude and disrespectful. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I feel like most of the staff here don't care about the patients, and doctor is also snobbish at times.

In terms of medical practice, the doctor seemed capable and competent. However, with regard to human interactions and relationships, he's ridiculously awful at that! Patients still go to him because whatever he did was effective, but no one's really fond of his terrible attitude and personality!

I got more anxious going to the doctor due to the rude and disrespectful staff. I am not sure if they're just exhausted due to working all day, but that doesn't excuse them from having a terrible attitude toward the patients. The doctor is okay, and they're definitely better than the disrespectful staff member. But I would recommend avoiding this place if you have another option.

This doctor is not very efficient. This arrogant person didn't care about patients, and there was lack of human touch. It was awful. When interrupted the doctor became extremely rude and used a disrespectful tone. It made me feel terrible.
