Dr. Osman Numair, MD

During the visit, I couldn't believe how dismissive and belittling Dr. Numair was. Not only did the doctor completely decline 2/3rds of the services I specifically requests (my primary care physician as well) because, 'he didn't feel it was necessary'. Dr. Numair also practically snickered at me when telling me 'I didn't have allergies' simply because I wasn't anaphylactic. Dr. Numair then disregarded and denied my known allergies to medications as confirmed by primary care, and instructed me to use medication daily that is clearly labeled for short term use only (again confirmed by my pharmacist and primary care), and provided no reason to use it as such. Dr. Numair felt like a caricature of man-splaining. I'm left wondering why he even chose to be a doctor at all, and whether any of it was for reasons other than stroking an ego. If you value a collaborative, caring, and thorough doctor - Dr. Numair is a perfect blueprint of the exact opposite.
