Knowledge Gaps and the Need for Comprehensive Care
While she seemed nice, her knowledge about my child's conditions was noticeably lacking. She appeared disinterested in our input, consistently missing key points, and displaying a lack of familiarity with her diagnoses and medical history. The evident inaccuracies led to other physicians in the room expressing concern. When we requested to speak with my child's main physician, Dr. Kaur declined. Frustrated, we called the office, and her doctor arrived within the hour. Dr. Kaur's apparent focus on IBD, while acceptable, seemed to overshadow the need for comprehensive care for patients with diverse GI disorders.Improving the knowledge base and communication skills in dealing with a range of conditions would significantly enhance the quality of care provided. Dr. Kaur's approach, while perhaps unintentional, highlighted a broader issue within the GI department at CCMC, emphasizing the importance of equitable attention to all patients, irrespective of their specific GI condition.

Bad bedside manner
She was dismissive and did not listen or respect our decisions in my child’s care. I got the impression: “my way or the highway”. At the end of the day, my child is the customer. She did not provide amazing service.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!! We had the worst experience EVER under the care of Dr. Kaur. She does not listen to the parents chief complaint... rather railroad them with questions and then not listen to their answers. Her approach to our care was inadequate and negligent and we will never see her again.
