Dr. Patel is amazing. He is thorough and caring. He listens and explains everything. Everyone at Wesley Chapel Medical Care is amazing.

Listens to patients, is very comprehensive, very sharp and rarely has to reference PDR. He was very specific with regard to breathing, Covid and influenza. Made a point to tell you that it is very important for him to hear you cough BEFORE taking any cold medication, and that it is only 36 hours from bronchitis to pneumonia.

This is the most efficient and caring medical office I’ve ever visited. Sherly manages the front desk, she’s super friendly and really a nice lady. Mileydis & Taylor are the Medical Assistants who are true professionals. Just spend 5 minutes with Dr. Patel and you’ll understand how knowledgeable, and caring he is. Dr Patel is one of the most honest and caring doctors I've ever met. I had uncontrolled diabetes, and COPD when I first visited him. I am now insulin and med free. I am also breathing without constantly being on oxygen. I can truthfully say he has changed my life for the better.

I travel from Spring Hill to have this gentleman as my physician because I have that much trust in him. He has helped me eliminate health issues that other physicians have said would be with me for a lifetime. Love him and his staff.

Dr. Patel has been a great Doctor for me. He is kind, helpful and never hurries me off. When he is with me I feel like I am his only patient. He is very knowledgeable and empathetic.

Dr. Patel and his staff are very helpful answering all my questions and concerns from medications to health concerns! His front staff are always friendly and helpful to get an appointment, and any questions I have will get the doctor to get an answer right away. !

Dr. Patel cured my Mother's very high blood pressure condition within four weeks! With his help and guidance on diet, exercise, and medicine; my Mother was able to conquer this medical condition and has maintained consistent perfect readings for the last two months. Dr. Patel is a compassionate doctor allowing myself to virtually be present during my Mother's visits, with her consent of course; which made me feel included in her get-well plan. He has provided a holistic approach with my Mother’s health and truly has been a guide in getting her away from cautionary areas when it comes to her health. Both my Mother and I are very thankful and appreciative of Dr. Patel’s help. I’m very pleased to know Dr. Patel is my Mother’s doctor and appreciate his efforts in ensuring the best health outcomes for his patients, most importantly on achieving optimal health for my Mother. Dr Patel is very nice doctor. He listens to you and he takes time to explain to you. He is master of his craft and his diagnosis power is very good. Nurse Tonya working in that office is very efficient and friendly too. All front staff is very nice and co operative.

Dr. Patel is very caring and professional with a great bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and explains different healthcare options in terms that are easy to understand. He is more interested in talking to you than looking at his computer which is rare these days.

Dr. Patel and his staff are very competent and compassionate. I was seen at my appointment time. The office is clean. There was a problem with my insurance, but Dr Patel did not send me away. Two previous doctors were not able to help me with my health issues and just said it is what it is. They offered no hope or solution but Dr Patel was knowledgeable and caring and had a solution. I’m now on the path to better health. I am so glad I switched to Wesley Chapel Medical Care. I highly recommend Dr Patel and his staff.

He listens and genuinely cares

Dr. Patel and his staff are experienced professionals. Went for a routine check up. Everything went smoothly. Overall a great experience.

I was scheduled for knee replacement in February 2019 through Florida Ortho. Dr Patel insisted on rushing me to surgery in December 2018 for his own purposes. I told him that would not give me time to get all the referrals that I needed. He INSISTED that he would take care of everything. A physical therapist was sent to my home without no notice to me or request by me. There was no referral made so my insurance company would not pay. Humana has told me and "Dr" (I use that term loosely) Patel that they will authorize payment if he will complete the paperwork. He refuses after MULTIPLE requests by me and Humana. I have filed grievances and filed with the Better Business Bureau. He refuses to assist. AVOID THIS PLACE. I would recommend the veterinarian I use for my dog first. I give him a 1 star rating only because there was not an option for ZERO! I will see Dr Patel in a court of law. He apparently is not aware that I am an attorney

Receptionist is very rude. She does not answer the phone in a timely manner because she is on personal calls. She looses paper work that is faxed or that is hand delivered. I have an HMO which requires a lot of paperwork and she does not follow through properly in a timely manner. My pulmonary Doctor ordered a BiPap Breathing Machine for my Sleep Apnea over a month ago and as of this posting I have not gotten the machine despite it being approved by Humana.
