The problem is her staff
Dr. boadwright is the best ! She saved my life. The problem is her staff. They are so rude sometimes. They change the rules every time they want. They can make you wait for hours or change your medication without notifying you. Or just never give your message to the doctor. They are a really big barrier between you your issues and doctors communication.

Absolutely the best
I don’t like going to the doctor but Dr. Boatwright is truly an exception. I have known Dr Boatwright since she delivered my 1st godchild almost 40 years ago and she delivered my daughter 18 years ago. Dr. Boatwright and her entire team from the staff that greets you to Hyacinth are beyond amazing. The professionalism combined with the comfort of knowing that these people truly care about you; there’s no value you can place on this type of service. I trust Dr. Boatwright without question. Boatwright has never failed me as a premier physician. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable despite what’s going on; you know she’s got you and she will make sure you are going to be ok. You don’t get that type of care anymore. Boatwright has a lot of patients but she manages to make you feel special. It’s hard to describe but I’m thankful for a physician like her. They truly don’t make them like her or anyone on her team. Truly a top drawer, premier group of professionals. Much love

Dr.Boatwright has gone above an beyond what any other obgyn has done for me. She was able to diagnose me before I even walk through the door when 5 other Doctors just said I was perfectly fine. She is always trying to find the newest and best treatments. She thinks outside of the box and gives me options. I would recommened Dr. Boatwright to my closest friends and family.

She allowed things to go wrong prior to, during and after my c-section. Poor bedside manners.

Dr. Boatwright is amazing. Her receptionist on the other hand? A complete nightmare. I've been a patient for over 5 years and this is my 3rd incident where the receptionist is SO completely rude and has left me practically in tears with no sense of compassion or caring. Dr. Boatwright would be embarrassed as to how some of her patients are treated. For that, I've gone elsewhere.

Dr. Boatwright has been my OB doctor for 10 plus years. She is a great doctor with sincere compassion. Recently when I had an unexpected condition that got worse. Dr. Boatwright immediately searched out and secured a great surgeon for my care. The very next week, the condition was addressed by a great surgeon (Dr. Balash). I’m so appreciative to Dr. Boatwright for understanding the urgency when other physicians ignored my symptoms. Thank you very much! Patricia Roberts

Dr. Boatwright listened, this is so important, and together we determined the course of action to take. It was so important that she took the time to address my concerns. When I went in I was feeling as if I was to have to deal with my problems forever, here I am 10 years later feeling on top of the world. And her staff, love them.

Dr. Boatwright took me on as a pt when i was 29 weeks pregnant. Right away she took care of all my pregnancy issues that my other doctor didnt. All her staff and coworkers at rush have a lot of respect for her....they knew what she would want done and how she would want it. At 38 weeks.. Baby girl was ready to come.tried to go natural but ended up having a emergency c section. Dr. Boatwright was quick did the procedure beautifully...i had no pain and the incision site is not noticeable.

Dr. Boatwright saved my life. I went to her after going to other Providers who were horrible. She immediately knew something wasn't right and took action quickly. Not only does she has 35 years of expertise, she also has great instinct and intuition. She described my plight without knowing much about me. She's also a wonderful Surgeon.

Worst dr ever! Started yelling at Me and told me we weren't a good mix and she was not going to deliver baby! Unprofessional, rude and staff are as horrible as her! Never again! I should of went with the reviews. Don't schedule with her! It takes more than an hour for them to see you and they leave you in the room for about 45! Waiting !

She was an hour late because she overslept. Her office sent confidential information to someone wasn't approved to receive any of my medical information. She gave me a prescription without actually consulting me or listening to my needs. I was completely ignored. The appointment lasted all of four minutes.
