"Like going from VHS to 4k" This was my way to describe the difference I had just a day after my LASIK procedure at InFocus. Not only an unparalleled expert in her field - but always had a friendly and confident demeanor and an honest conversation with me regarding expectations, post-procedure discomfort, etc. Mrs. Buehler and Rachel made the whole experience pleasant and I was at home, 10 toes up in a sleep euphoria in no time. The next day, I saw colors and definition that I never even saw with glasses. Now I can see 20/15. WILD! Anyways, can't thank the team enough for a truly remarkable experience.

Fabulous staff. Dr Buehler stunned me when she made an observation based on very little facts. She did not ask me about interactions with a prior doctor and based her assumptions on just that, assumptions. She arbitrarily cancelled my eye surgery and made me feel as though I was persona non grata. I believe she is an extremely competent eye doctor, but she could use some lessons on how to be less judgmental of someone she just met. I had previous cataract surgery in my left eye that was less than successful. I had been told repeatedly that I did not need glasses that my vision was perfect, yet I continued to have vision problems with my eye. It is weak and sightly blurry all the time. Prior to surgery it was not blurry at all. She agreed to see me for a second opinion. She gave me a prescription for glasses and then said she wouldn't do my surgery because I was a person who complained about a prior surgery and she walked out of the room. She was cold and dismissive.

Poor advice over the phone in an emergency situation. Blasé attitude. Refused to come to ER. Has endangered my vision! Bad doc!

I had lasik performed a few months ago at Infocus by Dr. Buehler. I couldn't be happier, life changing is the only way to put it. My vision went from 20/70 before to 20/15 after. It is a whole new world out there. Dr. Buehler, Rachel and staff were nothing short of amazing before and after. If you are thinking about it, this is the place to go. 5 stars plus.

Choosing to do LASIK was one of the best decisions I have ever made, hands down! Then, choosing Infocus Eye Care was another. I am very pleased with Infocus Eye Care team and they always provided great customer service. Dr. Buehler is a great doctor. She and the LASIK team explained in detail every step of the way which made the pre, procedure and post appointments run smoothly and I felt comfortable during the whole process. I highly recommend Dr Buehler and her LAS...

Dr. Buehler misdiagnosed me with having Wilson's disease. I went to two other opthamologists for second opinions who actually have seen people with Wilsons disease ( she had not). It turned out I have a very rare copper disorder and had to go to NIH in their undiagnosed disease program.

I felt this doctor had no interest in me or my condition. She was distracted, impersonal and gave every appearance of not paying attention. She made mistakes when reiterating what I had told her mixing up left and right eyes for instance. It felt like she was barely going through the motions. If she finds her work so boring perhaps she should do something else.

Do not feel as though she addressed my concerns. The technician who did the initial testing seemed indifferent and from the time I walked in I felt as though they were just trying to sell me extras.
