Nightmare Doctor
There aren't enough words to describe the horror show of an experience my wife and I had with Dr. Coyle. She was nasty, dismissive, cold, and without a shred of professionalism. My wife was diagnosed with MS over a year ago and was in need of a caring, and empathetic doctor closer to our new home but unfortunately Dr. Coyle is the complete antithesis. Please believe the one star reviews. She has no bedside manner, no patience, and no desire to listen.Stay clear and find someone who actually likes people and helping others.

Absolutely horrible
I went to see her since I had read she was a highly regarded physician. At the time I had symptoms of MS and needed some guidance. She was short, abrupt and seemed preoccupied. She scheduled me for a follow up visit and figured let me give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking my initial visit was just a stressful day at the office. Upon my follow up visit, I didn’t see her but another physician came in and was prepping for a spinal tap and told me to sign a waiver. I informed her that I wasn’t advised of a spinal tap being performed today and refused it.The physician told me that Dr. Coyle had ordered the spinal tap for research. I ran out of these as fast as I could.

Never heard back
I went to Dr Coyle in April. I felt that the exam was very thorough. Was told that I would hear from Dr Coyle soon with results / summary of exam. It’s now July and still no word. Never in my life have I experienced this . No words except for how disrespectful and unprofessional this is . After being diagnosed with MS a few years ago I’m looking for answers and thought I went to the right place Apparently not. FYI I’ve never written a review but felt compelled to do so . I’ve since found a wonderful wellness program and am learning a lot of information. Sorry not sorry for this review.

Worst bed side manner
This was truly one of the worst experiences ever. I came in so that I could find out if I have MS. I'm numb in half my body and nervous and miserable. I come seeking answers and, in this state, some compassion. Well, i got neither of those, especially the latter. This doctor, although very knowledgeable, is one of the most HATFUL human beings. Her less than sympathetic tone and complete lack of disregard for the reasons one goes to her office, create so cold an environment, you all but leave with goosebumps. I had a list of questions, primarily about new and worsening symptoms, which in her words, I could ask quickly and she may have some quick answers, but I was running out of time for the visit. This is NO WAY to treat a paying patient AND one who is suffering. NONE of her patients deserve to be spoke to in the way she spoke to me. I left with NO Answers and no better informed tha when I arrived. I drove over an hour to meet with her

I was just diagnosed with MS and have been very happy with her knowledge and understanding of my condition. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. I would recommend her highly. She is very good at ordering the correct tests to help with a diagnosis.

Dr Coyle is completely ignorant about Lyme disease. She minimized my positive tests, my symptoms and pain saying I just had Fibromyalgia and she couldn’t help me. Even tho I have so many neurological symptoms. Made me feel like it was my fault cuz I wasn’t exercising even tho I explained to her how I cannot. She saw me struggle just trying to walk a straight line during the exam. Didn’t show any human decency toward me let alone the compassion of a caring dr.

This dr was not helpful at all. She asked a barrage of questions, with no pauses for explanation and rolled her eyes at me when I fumbled a few times in my responses because I was so caught off guard by her irritated demeanor. She refused to look at my med records I brought and her condescending attitude and flippant disregard to my symptoms left me feeling worse than when I arrived–as a person with chronic pain for 10+ years, that's saying a lot.

I'm not sure what other peoples problems with Dr. Coyle were but , I brought my daughter to her merely 3 days after being diagnosed with MS and although i had been warned her bed-side manner was aloof i don't agree, i walked in very prepared and she reassured my daughter with her compassion and intelligence and was through and extremely communicative, We left with many answers and a distinct feeling this woman was someone who was going to provide the care we were seeking,

Dr. Coyle was an epic fail for me personally. Dr. Coyle is aloof and consistently used medical jargon during the appointment. Her bedside manner is non-existent so the exam often felt like an inquisition, with the doctor reacting judgmentally to things I have tried or even questions I asked. She dismissed as bogus the Igenex lab in Cali. which is held in high regard by the majority of the lyme-literate practitioner community. That told me alot about her approach to tick-borne illness.
