I had a wonderful experience with Dr. McAdams. My interaction with reception was efficient and swift. Dr. McAdams was prompt, and she was able to listen to my concerns, examine me, and perform the necessary procedure all in one visit. I was reassured by her compassionate and assertive care.

Got into the appointment exactly when scheduled!!! Rare in other offices. Efficient friendly staff. Dr. McAdams was quick, thorough, while not being brusque. Explained her thoughts, and conclusions, with a "try this, and we'll go from there" attitude. I was involved. Completely confident in her, totally happy with the experience.

I was referred to the ENT clinic while in the military, which means I was not able to "pick" a provider, however, Dr. McAdams ended up seeing me. Turns out, I considered myself very fortunate. I was a candidate for some minor sinus procedures. One was surgical and one was in the clinic. Dr McAdams was a consummate professional. Her mannerism, appropriate humor and approachability were more than I could have asked for in a provider. She took her time to explain the procedures, even to the point of answering my curiosity questions. She also showed remarkable compassion when it came time to go into the OR, as I can become rather anxious. She maintained communication with my wife to insure I was recovering well at home and to make sure any questions we had were answered. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. McAdams for any ENT issue. My only complaint with her is that she apparently planned to move to the opposite side of Texas. That's a bit of a commute from West Texas.

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in Jan 2020. Dr. McAdams saw me the very next morning and we laid out a plan. She told me what she would recommend if I was her brother. She took the time to explain to me and answered all the questions I had during this scary time in my life. Her patient care and empathy was greatly appreciated. The military is losing a great person / surgeon. I’m very blessed to have had her as my surgeon. Thanks vey much Dr McAdams, I owe my life to you! There will be a void in the Army for sure when you depart.

Dr. McAdams changed my life! I suffered two decades of sinus infection after another, even had a sinus surgery prior to seeing Dr. McAdams. I was unable to smell or taste food for over 18 months, this was agonizing. I was lucky enough to be scheduled with Dr. McAdams, she took the time to actually read my history. She asked questions and always answered mine. After she performed surgery on me, placed me on the proper course of medications I have been problem free. My sense of taste and smell have returned, therefore changing my life! I would absolutely recommend Dr. McAdams to anyone facing ENT concerns. She is truly one of a kind!

Dr McAdams performed thyroid removal surgery for my mother in early 2020. She was fantastic and ensured my mother was comfortable before and after the procedure. Her clinic at WBAMC has always followed up to make sure the surgery eliminated the cancerous cells and more important that her QoL is better with the meds she had to take from now on after the thyroid removal. Highly recommend her for medical care!
