Lack of time management and rude
I’ve seen Dr. Schultz twice before and both times there were ridiculous waits. Her and her receptionist have no sense of urgency or sticking to the actual time of your appointment. Today I saw the doctor while I was waiting and asked after waiting almost 30 mins, if I would be seen soon. She was very sarcastic and rude in her response and told me that that’s the way it goes. I told her that I like coming to this practice, however not sticking to the schedule is very disrespectful to one’s time. I mentioned that I am working and need to get back for meeting. She sarcastically told me “who isn’t” She then proceeded to tell me about a practice that I should consider and as she’s telling me about this practice, she mentions that they also work with the Wizards team. Then she turns her head looks me up and down and says, “ well it’s not like you would qualify for the Wizards anyway”. I was appalled and in shock at her rude and crass comment. It was completely uncalled for & unprofessional.

MOLDY OFFICE!
The office is the in the basement of an old house- and smells absolutely foul. Other patients were talking about it as well. It was disgusting.

One star because she has a medical degree and managed my injury. HOWEVER, this is by far the rudest physician I have come across in my 50 years. I even thought to take it to the medical board because her demeanor can border on abusive. I would have not gone to her had I been privy to her bedside manner.

I came in on time with my paperwork already completed. The front desk staff's reception of me was lackluster at best. She was busy into her telephone conversation. My appointment was scheduled for 1330 hours. It was 1410 and the doctor STILL hadn't even made contact with me--not even to say she was running late. I was a new patient. That didn't matter. Clearly to that office MY time was not important. The office was outdated, dingy, and disgusting looking. I got up and walked out.

Dr. Schultz is a throwback. She doesn't provide "medical procedures." She provides medical CARE. She sits down with her patients. She listens. She talks to you in an unhurried way. She wants to understand and wants to help. Sometimes this means that I have had to wait longer than I liked, but she never rushes me, just as she doesn't rush her other patients. Is it worth the wait? Without question, it is worth the wait. She is an excellent podiatrist and I am glad to be under her care.
