Dr. Patrick Bennett, MD

Dr. Bennett, is a very caring and great doctor. Even when out of town, he followed up on my procedure to let me know the results. So nice to have a doctor that follows through with any questions I have,

I've been seeing Dr Bennett for about two years now for various mens health issues, latest involved bleeding, and while getting scheduled and obtaining insurance approvals for the necessary scans/tests etc was a bit painful I have to say it was far less painful than recouping from the incredibly delicate procedure Dr. Bennett performed in my incredibly delicate parts. I had seven stones, one of which was 1.1cm. Dr B had me in for Ureteroscopy 5:30pm, i was out of the hospital three hours later after he zapped ALL seven stones (original expectation was we were only going to be able to get the one single big one). I was brought out in a wheelchair from which i sprung up and have been bouncing about happily w/ very little pain or discomfort since. Seven stones zapped in my kidney. The whole thing was less painful than scheduling & approvals. While the first time going to the bathroom was not pleasant somehow what I passed that day and the next went through with very little discomfort.

Dr Bennett is a doctor’s doctor. Superb clinician, surgeon, and human being.

I justHad 2 basically same procedures from Dr. Bennett and after surgery he never saw him . I’ve had to call a day after my surgery and it’s been a few days and he still has not returned my call ..? And no real communication and he couldn’t take care if my kidney stone and get this with out talking to me he referred me to another urologist why ..? I’m going to file a complaint on him and his staff .. unbelievable didn’t take care of the problem and very poor communication and then has his partner with Like 4 years experience handled this .. he’s so busy and doesn’t take care of his patients .. but there so busy to return your call ????

Pleased with the doctor but incompetant office! Not one visit without staff mistakes and some were signifcant.

He explained everything very clearly and helped me understand all the pre and post surgical steps. On top of that, he's a very skilled surgeon and overall nice guy.

He did not listen to the amount of pain I was in after my surgery. He called my husband to tell how successful the surgery went. While he left me bleeding, cramping, suffering from low back pain, and sharp shooting pain on my left side. He left the hospital, and never checked on me. The nurses and my husband couldn't believe he told them to just have me take Ibprofin as I passed all the shards left from my kidney stone. I have a 1&3 year old he had left me unable to even take care of my kids

On time, on target, great people skills, good teaching skills, great at setting expecations. No BS. I liked that when he called back after some test results that he told me what he would have told me in person. But, and I nearly fell off my chair, he called me back again, on his own time, to explain more of the why of the next step, to make sure I was ok, and greased the skids for an appointment that would work for me and him. I now sese why he has such a great repultation here in Marin!

Not available after surgery...never remembers who I am. Impossible to reach in emergency situations. Does not listen. Absolutely the worst arrogant Dr I have dealt with in my life. His office staff is just as bad. I f you enjoy pain and suffering this is your man.Would never go back to him. I write this review to help others. I gave him 1 star because 0 was not an option
