Excellent Family Doctor
I have been using Dr Hayes as my Primary Care physician for about six years. I am well pleased. Along with his medical knowledge, Dr Hayes offers two valuable important traits: he allows his patients plenty of time to talk about their medical needs and problems and, he’s an excellent listener. This leads Dr Hayes to offer treatment plans and solutions, either by Dr Hayes or by his referral to a medical specialist. Plus. Dr Hayes is a likable person. I highly recommend Dr Hayes.

If you a patient that need your doctor when you sick, Dr Hayes is not for you. If you sick and need to see your doctor, you will be advised to go to emergency room or urgent care. Why to have him as your doctor. Dr. Hayes, I can't believe your respond. Each time I call if I need to see you if I sick, next available appointment is in 2 weeks to a month. Pam tells me to go to urgent care. So I learned not to call in emergency. If anyone but you could give me referrals to mri, I would not bother to call you this time too. I have new pcp, who saw me next day after I changed you on my insurance card

I took my mom to Dr. Hayes today and we are so pleased with him. He is very nice and patient. He took time to read your history before he came to your office and give very considerate and thourough exam/suggestions to us. Both of us are very happy and would recommend to my friends and family.

Dr. Patrick Hayes is great. He really listens and takes a detailed history. It is his receptionist, Pam, you must watch out for. On my first visit she charged me $100 when I should have only been charged a $30 copay. I called my insurance company and they called Pam to explain my benefits. That should not have been necessary because copays are listed on the insurance card. And then on my second visit she tried to collect $60 from me! No ma’am Pam! She refunded $40 to my card instead of collecting the $60 she just asked me for. That is admission of guilt, incompetence, or both. Go see Dr. Hayes, just watch your wallet.

After I wrote a review yesterday I got a piece of mail dated may 30th 2018, from Dr patrick Hayes, it's saying he tried to reach me and couldn't. Well no call came to memy phone numbers didn't change. But whatever he didn't even give me time to see a specialist before he stopped my melicam and baclofen which I need for inflammation. I have been in pain due to not having my prescription refill. I have osteoarthritis, he recommends Tylenol. It doesn't help me. Stay away from him for your good.

I made an appointment for a physical including a pap smear. Once i made it in to the room, It took him a while to come and speak. When he did, he was so incredibly rude. I asked for a pap smear, he said he wouldn't do it because he needed to see my past med record. I told him I still wanted one regardless of the med records. He refused and acted like I was unreasonable for asking. He looked at me as if I was disgusting. I broke down crying. I will NEVER go back and DO NOT recommend him to anyone
