Dr. Patrick Murphy, MD

The worst uncaring doctor. Last year I was scheduled for a wellness check with Doctor Murphy but cancelled because we were in middle of the pandemic. I reschedule my appointment and ended up sick on the day I was supposed to go in (and they did not want you going in sick). I had cancelled both appointments before the 24 hour time-period. When I was finally able to reschedule, along with my wife, Dr. Murphy's office cancelled and said he would not see us because we had cancelled. I could understand under normal circumstances, however, given the horrible year we had last year, this was not appropriate. I would not send anyone to see this man.

I've been a patient of Dr Murphy's for 15 years, he is great. explains things without rushing the appointment, refers me to specialist when needed asap. I have referred many people to Dr Murphy over the years and will continue to do so. I rarely have to wait more than 10-15 minutes to see him. i can also get an appointment quickly.

Please let me tell you about this Dr.! He ABSOLUTELY saved my life!! I had been trying to get in to see my dr and of course COULDN'T unless I could wait a month and had even told them about sever pains with my stomach and back that had been going on for over a month. I ended up one morning knowing something was REALLY wrong and on my way to work went to the Warren Urgent Care about 103rd and Memorial. Thank GOD Dr. Murphy ended up being the physician that day. Sent me for xrays and during the exam decided I needed to go immediately BY AMBULANCE to St. Francis Hospital. He wouldn't allow my husband to drive me because he was that concerned something might happen on the way but wasn't sure exactly what was wrong. Sure enough, about halfway there my blood pressure dropped to 66 over 23, I was stabilized and was sent straight in for emergency surgery to repair a hole in my stomach that had apparently been developing for some time. NOW that is a great and knowledgeable Doctor!!

The worst Doctor I have ever been to in my entire life. Do you and your loved ones a favor and chose another Doctor. He does not care about your health. He definitely had a bad attitude the few times I did see him. His response to your health questions is not very helpful at all.
