Great doctor
He listened and addressed every concern that I had. Gave me as much time as I need and went above and beyond. I left the office feeling assured of my concerns and grateful for his help.

Lack of respect to patient.
I called Dr Bures office twice, telling his staff it was imperative that he called me.I was told both times they would inform him of my concerns.I guess he felt I wasn't important enough to call.I needed to go over test results, and request more info on any restrictions I may have regarding fall I suffered this June.I also wanted to request further testing I felt was needed for my workmans comp claim I filed, because I was I jured on company property.

Absolutely the best physician I have had. Down to earth, unpretentious, relatable, and caring. Anyone that gives him less than 5 stars should switch to a therapist.

Don't know what his problem is
Not sure what happened to him as of late - Prescribes nerve meds that aren't needed - doesn't call patients back, or even at all even with test results - is condescending - makes his receptionists play gatekeeper for him - I had a severe issue, he insisted it was something that it wasn't and he refused to see me or talk to me - I went to the ER on my own, had I not, it could have been fatal - If you are lucky to get an appointment, it isn't thorough - changing doctors as soon as possible.

Dr Bures not only did NOT wear a mask during my recent non-urgent visit, but actively told me I had to remove MY mask (despite my disagreement) before he would begin the routine physical. When I asked why, in light of the recent CDC guidance to wear masks indoors, he stated he was tired of masks and the CDC. Perhaps this stance will be an inducement for some patients to seek out this practice. For others, I imagine not.

Dr. Bures is an excellent family physician and diagnostician. He is very kind & caring. He is the only MD I've had who has called me on a Sunday to check on me.

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Bures to anyone! I went to him one time. His arrogance and rudeness was so obvious to me the moment he came in. He was very rude. I was in severe pain with what I was diagnosed with from the ER. He did not examine me. I had to ask if he wanted to see my symptoms. He prescribed a nerve medication for me and sent me in my way. He would not call my husband or I back . I found a new doctor who was amazing and thuroughly checked me out. I was misdiagnosed.

I like the doctor but I am having a very difficult time communicating with his nurse. It's been over a week trying to reach her and now she won't even call me back. I need to talk to Dr. Bures about this. It is so important to work with the nurse to save the doctor time. Amber is not doing the job.
