Dr. Carroll always is compassionate, attentive and provides prompt care. He listens to what's going on and then provides expertise in plan of care. I drive almost 45 mins one way and pay tolls to get to seek his expert care. I'm glad he's my surgeon!

Best Doctor
I had surgery back In may of 2022 he repaired an surgery I had done by another surgeon that did not fix my problems he has fix the problems but more problems have popped up with that foot now and he is still working on fixing the rest of my foot problems but he is one of the top doctors I have seen for this issue I would recommend him to anyone who has a foot problem that is causing pain he is one of the best at medstar

Amazing dr
I am on day 11 from getting a my surgery bunion fixed and 3 pins and my ankle fixed and I was so scared of of the surgery from what I heard from people who had it done from different doctors that the pain was horrible .when I went in for my surgery everyone from registration to the nurses and dr Carroll treated me so kind I wasn’t even nervous .I’m on day 11 and there’s hardly no pain and when I went to my first appointment after my operation they said my foot is healing great.I’m so happy i chose dr Carroll can’t wait to see the amazing work dr Carroll has done on my foot when my foot is healed . he changed my life I walked everyday with pain before the surgery thank you dr Carroll
