Not a good choice for audiology issues. Potentially caused nerve damage during a painful earwax removal procedure, resulting in additional hearing loss. Gainesville office is in need of renovation.

If you are wanting a nose job, or some other type of cosmetic surgery, Dr. Garlich may be okay. If you have a hearing issue, he will not want to get involved. He diagnosed me with a tumor pressing on my auditory nerve by looking at my hearing test results alone. He never looked in my sinuses for any problems, and he reluctantly glanced at my throat. He seemed to have already made up his mind before he came into the exam room. I think I was more of a problem than a lucrative customer. Go somewhere else for an actual examination.

I have been Dr. Garlich's patient for a few years now. He takes the time to listen and evaluate best course of action. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail and desire to help maintain a 'natural' look when considering facial plastics procedures. He and his aesthetician, Diane, also offer many wonderful treatments to help maintain healthy, more youthful appearing, skin. I highly recommend Dr. Garlich and Diane!

I have had the best experience of my life with Dr. Garlich and his assistant Diane. These two have helped me through the process of achieving my dream nose. Saw Dr. Garlich recently for a suspicious spot that came up on my nose. He biopsied it and thankfully came back benign. I can't tell where the biopsy was now, looks great. He did suggest I scheduled to see a dermatologist soon for an all-over mole check. I did at his recommendation and they found a pre melanoma and removed it successfully. I am so thankful for Dr Garlich, his expertise and genuine concern for his patients. I respect and highly recommend Dr. Paul Garlich!!!!!

Dr. Garlich is an amazing physician with a kind and caring bedside manner. He listened to all of my concerns and offered options that fit my unique needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of facial plastics and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Garlich also does an amazing job with injectiables. This is hands down the best experience with a plastic surgeon.

Terrible experience. The guy is an all exclusive provider. He tells you up front, what he suggests may not work. Why do it if it’s not what needed??

The staff is very professional and always goes above and beyond. I have had IPL treatments with Diane, and was very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this office. From the appointment schedulers to the office staff, all are very friendly, professional and helpful. I personally have had multiple treatments with Diane Fountain on the cosmetic side of his practice as well. She is always friendly, professional and gives very effective laser hair removal treatments and IPL/Photofacial.

I had cosmetic rhinoplasty done in March of this year and I am unbelievably satisfied! I had a "botch" done several years ago and knew I had to do my research to find the right surgeon to help me. Dr Garlich came highly recommended and I am so happy that I entrusted him because he did an excellent job!
