The office staff is the absolute worst I've seen and I'm nearly 60 years old. For instance, when I call in for prescriptions the staff routinely screws up the request and often times they don't call back when the prescription is ready. This has gone on for years. When I asked the receptionist how we might resolve the problem, she suggested I speak with the office manager. When the office manager came out to speak with me she was completely obnoxious from the start. I put my hand out to shake her

Office is run terribly, never on time, unprofessional and ignorant of their own ineffectiveness. Don't waste your time.

He is not good at finding the reason behind your pain. He suggests unnecessary tests and ultimately his team will call you literally for 2 sec to tell that you have nothing. Your reports are normal! No further explanation, no future care, no true reason behind your symptoms
