Dr. Hagan comes across as a little gruff but he is actually quite nice and compassionate. His office staff was friendly, too. He is very skilled and was able to diagnose a family member correctly during a procedure. I went to him because of this and he was very thorough with my procedures as well. I would recommend him unless you require kittens and butterflies.

Had a consultation with Dr Hagan. He was extremely poor at explaining what the procedures were and did not really answer questions well. His explanation of what his process was contradicted itself often, and left me with the impression that I had no say in my care. I would not trust him, and do not believe he would operate from making sure we understood the processes and could consent to his procedure. He was oblivious to the patient as a person.

The doctor was okay but his nurse was rude to me and I did blood work and it has been over a month I still have not gotten the results.I won't be going back.
