Great surgical experience
The procedure was explained thoroughly. Recovery was better than expected. Miminal pain and focus was on least invasive options.

very awful staff and dr! I begged to get an appointment because i was concerned about my pregnancy and he wouldn’t see me cause it was nothing i could do... told me to call the hospital if it gets worse.

I have been a patient of Dr. Heimbecker's for over five years and find him and his staff to kind and compassionate. I have never felt rushed or that he was not listening to me. My questions are always answers by both him and his staff. I always highly recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Heimbecker is a caring doctor who is very sensitive to my health needs and understands the private manner in which a woman's health issues should be addressed. Because I want to help you in your quest to find the right doctor, please know that he and his team is truly dedicated to enhancing a woman's quality of life. He helped me through the difficult ordeal of having to have a hysterectomy and I am HAPPIER, HEALTHIER & STRONGER for it. I thank God for allowing him to restore my health!

I honestly wouldn't recommend for any of my family or friends to go see him. I feel like he doesn't really follow up and go the extra mile to help his patients ( at least in my experience) & when I kept calling about test results or any concerns I felt like his staff were annoyed . I also feel like he doesn't take his patients' concerns seriously because he thinks he knows everything.

Sanford is so lucky to have great doctors like Dr. Heimbecker. He is so friendly and follows up to make sure you are OK. His staff is so wonderful too!! They went the extra mile when my insurance company was having issues the night before my surgery to make sure everything processed right.

Dr. Heimbecker is extremely professional and personable. I would recommend him as a physician because of his attention to detail, extensive knowledge and experience; and lastly but just as important, his kindness. The care I have received has been nothing short of exceptional. The other office staff are inviting and respectful, and I am relieved to have found such a great office to go to.
