I have been seeing Dr. Kim for 4 years regarding a work comp injury and he has been great helping me with treatments for my back pain. His staff has been wonderful helping out with the appointments and problems dealing with work comp authorizations/denials. my work comp case finally settled and I'm continuing to see Dr. Kim with my private insurance. He and his staff are the best.

I could never get an apointment from his staff after five (5) tries. No call backs, put on hold, just crazy over a week’s time. I gave up after reading these reviews. They were very helpful..

I was a patient of this so called Dr. Kim in 2013. I've been suffering from an incurable condition called idiopathic intracranial hypertension, aka psuedotumor ceribri since Kim disregard FDA warnings and continued to use this drug risking people's lives! He took away the life as I knew it! I was put on disability for the consequences of his frivolous actions at a young age of 36 years old. Since, kim has failed to make any attempt to do right by me or my family. Not even to say sorry!

Waited an entire month in pain for them to make sure my insurance received the request for a procedure I needed to relieve my pain. They sent the request again because I called and waited another 3 weeks to finally get my injection, The Staff clearly does not care about the patients. They are rude and indifferent if you are in pain. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE INCREDIBLY RUDE Staff Wait is usually 45 minutes I was billed twice for the same visit so make sure you keep track of their charges or they will overcharge. ou never get to see Dr. Kim - he may see you on your fist visit then he will pass you on to his nurses and some other doctor you know nothing about. If I had known this ahead of time I would not have made an appointment. I paid to see Dr. Kim, not some assistant nurse or replacement Doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Kim for over 8 years now, and have always found him to be a competent, caring and great pain management specialist. He was always willing to listen to me, and would suggest new meds if he felt what I was currently taking was not working. Highly recommend!

Doctor Kim reviewed my MRI and stated he would expedite a referral to a neurologist. A week later after numerous phone calls, emails, his office has yet to even make a referral.

Do not come to this office! They treat you like cattle. All they care about is getting people in and out as fast as they can to make more money. The staff is rude and always messes up on billings! They are trying to make me pay $300 in fake charges. I am reporting them.

The only thing missing were leeches and a bloodletting. The RF Neurotomy proposed as treatment was the most barbaric 'medical procedure' I've ever experienced. You'll see winged monkeys fly out my ears an play croquet b/f I ever step foot in that office again. The good Doctor ran out of the room was never seen again after his failed RF N attempt...sent his PA to follow-up visit just to tell me 'it didn't work'.
