Dr. Paul Zmaj, MD

We love Dr Zmaj! He has been seeing my son for almost 7 years. He has taken the best care of him throughout 4 surgeries. I would recommend him to anyone. Very thankful to have found him.

Dr. Zmaj is a knowledgeable physician, but lacks bedside manner. Because of this, I was unable to fully trust his decisions.

On the morning of our scheduled appointment, we waited an hour and a half to see the doctor. I finally asked a nurse how much longer. I was told other patients were still before us. Since I was waiting with two active, small children, I decided to end my term as a hostage. When my husband called to complain, the office manager informed him that she could do nothing to improve our wait and if we didn't like the wait time to find another doctor.

Nice guy and was able to tell us within a few min that my son did not have the condition the pediatrician thought he had. Issue was we spent almost 2 hours in waiting area and another 15-20 in the room. We were told they had too many new patients that morning but Dr never offered an apology. I get emergencies come up and you almost always have to wait to see a doctor but over 2 hours is crazy when you are seeing a pediatric doctor and have a small child with you. He should find some new staff

Dr. Zmaj was a very well spoken gentleman with a very good bedside manner. I just carried my 2 year old daughter to him for the first time and was impressed with the doctor and his staff. I didn't like the wait time to see the doctor. But, considered his bedside manner this is to be expected. His staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome from the moment that we entered the office.
