Highly recommend
My experience couldn’t have been any better. He is very thorough, looks over every result, gathers the information and does not rush you out the door. Each appointment was at least 45 min from start to finish. The procedure was a success and couldn’t have had a better recommendation. Appointments are hard to get into, but honestly he is totally worth the wait!

I had weight loss surgery with Dr. Papasavas in 2008. I have lost all the weight and continue to keep my weight off all of these years later. Dr. Papasavas is top notch and very charismatic and explains the procedure and expectations in great detail.

Waited two months for Appt, took day off of work & drove an hour to get there. Once I got there I was told my appointment had been cancelled & someone called me yesterday, I was so confused & I never received a call from anyone to cancel my appointment. When I asked what number they called to cancel I was told "I have actual patients to take care of and will not be helping you." No Explanation. Staff is extremely rude!

I’ve seen Dr. Papasavis very often since 2013 for different things concerning my sleeve and now scheduled for the linx surgery with him, he goes above and beyond for my health care! However in the Glastonbury office one receptionist is always very rude and not sympathetic especially over the telephone no empathy or sympathy whatsoever almost as if your bugging her. I found myself so upset with her on several occasions that I was tempted to go over to the office and file a grievance.

I was referred to Dr. Papasavas more than 5 years ago by my GI when I was diagnosed with gastropaeresus. Dr. Papasavas implanted a gastric stimulator (Enterra device). It changed my life. Dr. Papasavas is always attentive and patient. He answers all questions in a way that is understandable. He willingly discusses all treatment options and lets the patient make an informed decision. Dr. Papasavas gave me my life back, and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Papasavas is wonderful. His pre-op requirements are very strict. This is where I have the problem. Disorganized and staff is rude. I'm fed up and I have gone else where's for my surgery. Watch what you say because it will halt your progress.
