Been waiting over a month. Just to be turned away due to insurance but insurance never received a referral request. Not sure why they can’t do a simple task. Lost my time with babysitter and couldn’t drive home so I had to get an Uber.

I saw the Doctor about seeing flashes of light and floaters in my eye. He performed a painless examination and promptly diagnosed my problem. Dr Mahdavi put me completely at ease. I unequivocally recommend that you select him as your Opthalmologist.

This was my 2nd visit in 6 months and the clinic was not overcrowded. I had a wonderful experience! What a major improvement, I love it. Dr Mahdavi is wonderful. He’s timely and he takes special care to make sure you are comfortable during your visit. He’s knowledgeable and very professional. It’s very comforting that after he gives the eye injections, he actually rinses out your eyes. He just doesn’t do the injection and leave the rinsing to someone else. I like that personal touch. Major improvements, love it!

I’ve seen four different doctors in the two years coming to Azul. I am most happy with Dr. Mahdavi. I’m confident in his treatment of my vision problem. I should also mention the extensive monthly office visits are Now completed in an hour with Dr Mahdavi. I used to spend not less than three hours waiting to complete my exams before he became my Dr. I credit Dr. Mahdavi for organizing the examination routine to completion in one hour or less.
