Never had an experience like this before
Went for my annual exam , she is not my regular Dr. . My Dr is booked for mths . Had a lot of questions she said she would address after and never did . I left there so upset . She was rough and I never felt so degraded . I am appalled at her lack of caring and compassion .

would not recommend
If I could list no star, I would. I brought my 16 yr old daughter for a first visit and Dr Bastien had poor bedside manner. We discussed her problems and was offered large pills (which we told my daughter could not swallow). Then only after we asked did she give another option with literally no explanation. We had to ask the questions to get any information. The medication made my daughter ill and when I called the office in great concern, I was told the doctor wasn't in and they would call me back tomorrow. The office called me back ONE WEEK later and told me to schedule a follow up appointment. We will never return.
