Office staff not worth the frustration
I have been a patient of Dr. Andersson's. He is great. Recommended him to a relative who is in CA for a month. He has severe pain related to surgery on his hand. He provided the office with his insurance information, in advance. He got a quick appt, and drove quite a distance to their office. When he arrived, he was told they wouldn't take his insurance and sent him packing. There are plenty of good doctors out there, and I will be going to one that has an efficient office staff in the future.

Awful Neurologist, wanted to give me a shot for migraines and kept pushing for it throughout the days of messaging him. Apparently the problem was the alignment of my neck... almost ruined my life

Dr. Anderssen is a wonderful doctor and he has a big heart, which is often hard to find these days. Most importantly, he is very smart, conducts thorough exams and gets to know his patients.

My experience with Doctor Andersson was excellent I feel very very fortunate to have him as my doctor he is so caring and very thorough in finding the problem and providing the best treatment and tests. I had a 2 seizures and the first neurologist said it was nothing to worry about it was trans global amnesia i think that is the term she used and said i would never have it again. She had looked at all the test from The hospital and they were not showing anything substantial. She never suggested

I’ve been intending to write this note for a long time, ever since my wife drove me to your office when my back was such a problem that I could barely walk. I think that was in 2008. Ever since that time, when after your treatment, I walked out of your office a different man, and up until yesterday when you told me that my headaches were not serious, I'm fortunate that I found you. I consider it a blessing that we’ve always enjoyed visiting you because of your competence, disposition & attitude.

He is a liar and awful neurologist. Do not see him because he is obsessed with reporting you to the DMV if you make a couple of mistakes in his perfunctory office cognitive exam where you are sitting uncomfortably on a gurney. Yes, he appears very nice and caring at first but beware. He ruined our lives.

Dr. Andersson is simply a great doctor! I have been going to him for a number of years, and he always goes the extra mile to make sure he is addressing my problems, and finding appropriate solutions. He always follows up on issues, and really seems to care. I recently changed insurance (Medicare) and the new plan didn't want to cover migraine drugs I had been taking for years. Dr. Andersson was relentless in fighting their denials and after spending considerable time, he was successful!

I found him to be very warm with a sincere, personal interest in his patients. I was recommended to Dr. Andersson by a neurologist whose life Dr. Andersson saved. My neurologist friend told me that Dr. Andersson was one of the very best neurologists in the greater Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area. I fully agree. My opinion is based upon Dr. Andersson’s excellent treatment of me and his solution to my issue.

Dr. Andersson is by far the most present, caring, empathetic and trusting Neurologist that I have ever been to and been treated by. I am only 42 years old and Dr. Andersson discovered and helped me during a very difficult and unexpected discovery of a tumor in my left temporal lobe. Even when I was turned over to a Brain Surgeon, my family and I always felt safe and supported by Dr. Andersson and that he would always make time to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We treasure him!

I was recently diagnosed with a chronic neurological illness. This news came out of nowhere and threw me into a spiral. Thankfully, I was referred to Dr. Andersson whose support, collaborative style and knowledge provides me with tremendous care. Dr. Andersson spends as much time as I need explaining every detail to my husband and I. His treatment is based on the most up to date research AND a rare willingness to listen to the patient and their needs, He has earned my highest recommendation.

Made request for appointment Nov. 27. Did not receive an appointment schedule. I emailed my disappointment Dec. 2 . Still no response! Sent another email on Dec. 9 saying "and still waiting". Never received any email or phone call from the Dr. or his office. I made an appointment with another doctor. I have no respect for the doctor or his staff.
