I have been seeing Dr Rich for years, double digits, I don't have the exact date I started seeing him in his private practice on Lake St., Reno, Nevada. He has helped me tremendously over the years with my mental health. He listens, understands, ate, & helpful. His office personnel are Cheryl, Katrina & ? Front desk wonderful woman, receptionist, AR e all very knowledgeable, professional & courteous.

Garbage
I can't get anyone on the phone. They answered once and hung up on me. Also they charged me $20 even though I'm on a fixed income, checked the receipt later and it was $31.94. So they ignore calls and nickel-and-dime you.

I saw Dr.Rich last week. I signed in for my appointment. I waited in the waiting room until the doctor was ready for my appointment. Dr.Rich asked me some questions. I made a decision to change my medication dosage and he agreed with me. I like that he cares about what I have to say about my medication. Once my appointment was done, I made a follow-up with the receptionist. I like the small office staff and small practice. I feel comfortable at the office.

This doctor is kind and caring. He is a great listener and tried to help me figure out how to cope without unnecessary medication. The office is comfortable and friendly.

This was a horrible experience. I was actually doing really well when I walked into his office, when I left my symptoms were back and actually worse than they had been in weeks. Every aspect of the visit showed a lack of concern for me, and my time. He didn't listen to my health history, just ran through his list of questions. He never looked at me or made eye contact. He is over zealous with medication, and prescribes unnecessary medication.

I have since found a real doctor. I spent a total of 15 minutes with Dr Rich to where one of his question was if I hear voices. This total bill was $300 but they discounted it to $109 because of my insurance and will not negotiate.

Just about all of my past doctors diagnosed me with ptsd. I came to Dr Rich already taking seroquel.. In the past some psychs are unfamilier with antipsychotics being used for ptsd and will just assume I am shiztio or schitzoaffective. It seems Dr Rich made the error. But the really scary thing is I only found out his diagnosis of me by looking on my blue cross health record. It is strange he did not discuss or think it important for my input. And he wanted to prescribe me meds based on that
