I was there for a pre surgical clearance. Dr. Burket and staff are always very congenial and helpful. Dr. Burket also updated a medication for me while I was there. He answered all my questions and gave me reassurance that my health was good for my upcoming surgery. I felt reassured and he prayed for my wellbeing during and after surgery. He has a comforting and caring manner that helps his patients feel confident. I highly recommend Dr. Butler.

Recent prop visit for surgery needed ekg and clearance. Staff, PA Sarah and Dr Burket all very efficient and professional. This was my 3rd yearly check up with Dr Burket and I always feel well cared for and comfortable. Dr Burket takes time to ask and answer and to listen and to pray with you for health and well-being. Dr. Burket brings outstanding credentials to his particular practice of health care. As appreciated (and important) are his clarity of communication, immediate response when we had areas of concern, and caring attitude.

Dr. Burket is an amazing physician...I have never felt rushed, although I saw many patients in the waiting room, and what I truly respect is the fact that he listens to you. I imagine if it were a dire emergency, he would tell you what procedure is going to be done; but in a normal appointment if you are hesitant to move forward on his suggestion, he listens to your thoughts and takes the time to discuss the pros and cons. He is compassionate, very intelligent and what I really like, takes the time to explain test results, possible upcoming procedures, etc. At the conclusion of my appointment, he always asks if it is okay for him to say a prayer with you, and during that prayer, he prays for you and your specific issue.

He will answer any questions you may ask regarding your heart. Very friendly!

Dr. Burket is the excellent! He’s very knowledgeable, very caring and listens to my concerns. He doesn’t just listen he responds with the appropriate action when need be. He knows his stuff! And best of all. . . he prays with each patient before they leave his office.

Dr. Burket is very thorough and genuinely cares about your condition.

He is a fine young Christian man. Who listens carefully to your problems. He then goes over that he recommends to solve you problems. He is interested in you impute on how the treatments are progressing. And then, will discuss with you what might be the best treatment going forward.

Most if not all my visits are very fast and precise Truly it seems I have been in good health for the past several years and I am sure not a young lady ----actually in my "twilight" years.

I am so very pleased with the experience I have had with Dr. Burket. From the time I started with him I have had nothing but a great experience. He has treated me with the upmost respect and he has a way of making feel like I am so important when he walks through that door. I can be so nervous when I arrive for an appointment but when I leave I have total peace. My favorite is the prayer time. That is so important to me. I trust him wholeheartedly.

I recently went to the Austin Heart Hospital for a wellness check, and Dr. Burket was my dr. I hadn't seen him in about 4 years. He was quite gracious and answered my questions without appearing to be in a rush, as is with many drs. I felt like my questions were answered and his staff was very attentive and helpful. We said a prayer before my visit ended, and I found that also very comorting. Would def recommend Dr Burket and the Austin Heart Hospital
