Dr. Lai is an amazing Dr. He is extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. On the top of that, I could not believe how much he took of his time, and even on the weekends when he was not on duty to answer and call us back to follow up on the situation. Honestly I am speechless about his bedside manners and ease of dealing with him. I wish I can put in words how amazing he is.
