A Thoroughly Capable Neurologist.
Excellent. Dr. Natarajan has treated me since having a TIA several years ago. She prescribed and adjusted medication to enhance my cognitive abilities allowing me to continue working in an advanced technical field. She takes the time to discuss and evaluate progress during appointments. Dr. Natarajan has certainly earned my trust and I feel competent under her care.

Cold and dismissive
he doctor was cruel, the staff was rude and incompetent. I've worked with many offices in the area, and this was by far the worst experience. If you want good care and service, look elsewhere.

Refused to help
I am very disappointed in the time wasted seeing Dr N. While her and her office were very nice, they flat out told me not to book another appointment as they could not help me. I have suffered with migraines for over 10yrs and my most recent Neuro retired with only a months notice. With chronic migraines I could not wait the 6-8months most local neurologists were booked out. I can see now why she wasn’t booked out far. After listening to my history she said she didn’t feel comfortable handling my case and that I should go to a migraine clinic. (Side note, it took her office over a week to send the referral to the headache clinic currently booking over 6 months out in order of referral). She would not see me in the interim. She said I could go to a pain management group or another neurologist without even providing the address/phone/doctor, only generic group names. Why are you in practice if you will not help a patient? I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dr. Natarajan Is dangerous. lengthy consultation- daily migraines "you are over medicated, take too many medications, Stop taking all meds, now, today, migraines will go away". 63- 45 yr history severe migraines. Poor health, take several necessary meds. Thyroid, diabetes, high BP, cholesterol, polyneuropathy, insomnia, more. How? Which meds? Diabetes?Only reply the same.No instructions.Ordered an expensive MRA yet stated it was unnecessary as she was certain it would be normal. Incompetent.

My son has had seizures for 37 years. He is a special need adult that before we got Dr Natarjan we had seizures all the time. She has helped my son control these for the exception when he has the flu is the only time these flare up. Out of every doctor we have had in his lifetime I rate her the best!

Appointments are scheduled about 3 1/2 weeks ahead of time because she is constantly booked. This is not ideal for someone with chronic migraines. The Dr and the staff are friendly, but this can easily be overlooked when they do not return calls in an appropriate time frame. I left some paperwork with Dr. Natarajan's office on Friday at around 1:40 pm. It is now 2 business days later, and I have been constantly calling to get an update. Line is busy, hold times are long, and very frustrating!
