Awful communication and service
The office continues to reschedule me. Office manager needs to find another career. Very unhelpful and uncaring about how inconvenient these schedule changes are. Office manager let it slip that they don’t always know what the doctors schedule is when they book appointments. Then she tried to backtrack. She needs an attitude change.

Very disappointed in Dr Raghu! She does not follow thru with anything! Two weeks after I had seen her she called in a new prescription but didn’t tell me! I still don’t know if I should stop another med and start this new one or take them both! She was supposed to do a biopsy on my thyroid today but called in sick! No one in the office even knew this was supposed to happen and wanted to schedule me with a new doctor for an ultrasound which I’ve already had! This has been going on for over six months! I would not reschedule! I’m changing doctors! I am very surprised at her high rating! She also was adamant about me making an appointment with my kidney doctor and said she would send him my last blood work! I get to my appointment and he had not gotten any blood work!

Dr. Raghu is very nice and knowledgeable. She is the best endocrinologist I have met. Her administrative staff, the ladies that answer the phone and greet you (well they don't greet you) when you come into the office, on the other hand, are no match or reflection of her. Their admin staff needs to be trained to better represent Dr. Raghu's kindness and professionalism. Appears as if the admin staff act as if they did not want to be there and do not have the patients confort as a priority.?

Dr. Raghu continues to be respectful of my own knowledge concerning my type 1 diabetes, hard earned after 40 years. I appreciate that tremendously. She is up to date on the latest advancements, so has been able to enlighten me on a few things (rare in my experience when it comes to doctors). She is pleasant and not in a rush to conclude appointments. I've never waited more than ten minutes after a scheduled appointment time to see her. All of the office staff and lab are friendly and helpful.
