Dr. Raafat Girgis, MD

I recently completed TMS therapy with Dr. Girgis. I did not know what to expect and initially had scheduling and billing issues due to my primary medical insurance, but the team there was very proactive and supportive helping get that resolved. I really appreciated the doctor’s knowledgeable, comprehensive approach to my needs and the staff was very kind, caring and compassionate during my many visits. During such a difficult time necessitating this type of treatment, I could not have asked for better people to help me. I would recommend Newport TMS to anyone looking for an effective, non-invasive approach to treating their depression.

Dr. Girgis is a very well qualified, caring and helpful physician. He address all of my concerns and the staff is very prompt returning phone calls and answering messages. I highly recommend him.

He seems distracted, lectures more than listens, late or no show. Lack of professional behavior, seems uncertain about the facts he is poorly explaining

I came across the country for TMS treatments but Dr took 5 weeks on paperwork required by my insurance. He gave..and missed 4 start dates given to me. I am going home still very sick due to this physicians unprofessional and uncaring actions..or lack thereof. I didn't mater to him.
