Worst treatment at UTMB Hospital
Went to UTMB shortness of breath and have leukemia. Was admitted with critical low white blood count and tachycardia. Positive Covid pneumonia. When admitted the next day had this dr and she was rude and zero communication and care. No treatment and said should discharge me because not serious. Ct done by er shows lung cancer need biopsy she said I could deal with it when released. No pain management or referral to oncology to help. Disgusting behavior and very rude shrugged shoulders about anything asked. Asked for patient advocate and support and was given wrong number. When finally received correct number they were gone for day. Worst experience and Dr ever encountered.
