All they want is your money. They do not care about you or your needs. They make excuses why they are up charging and if you don't do what they want then they won't see you. Guess what they just lost my entire family.

After 45 mins from the appointment time, (which we were 5 mins early for), I went out to a nurse and asked when to expect the doctor. The nurse said, “35-45 mins is not unusual to wait!” After 5 mins of “Doctor time” I asked the doctor, “is it typical to be waiting this long to see you?” She said, you weren’t ready, so I went to talk to the drug rep.” I about fell over... So in summary, they will take YOUR time to meet with big pharma rather then run even close to on-time. Ahh, no thanks.

Dr Ramirez is a good listener and is always able to assist with any issue that may come up. I appreciate her depth of knowledge, bedside manner and willingness to help. There is often a bit of a wait to see any doctor at this practice- so I don’t hold that against her. : )

My daughter scheduled a physical for college admission. She'd been to this doc over the last few years. They couldn't find her immunization records...at all. She'd gotten shots there in the past. They looked everywhere and suggested she go back to her highschool and see if they have the records. After waiting for over an hour, the doc came in for the "physical". She asked if she had any questions. She weighed, took her BP and dismissed her with a paper saying she had a physical. Really?!!
