My partner and I saw Dr. Jayadevan for fertility related visit. Fantastic balance of professionalism, attentiveness, humanity. Highly recommend. Truly grateful for the level of care provided by UCLA.

You know how the first time your new doctor walks into the exam room and begins talking to you while looking down and reading from your chart? And then keeps glancing at his watch as he talks to you?Not Dr. Jayadevan. Our introduction was his walking into the room, friendly and relaxed. He knew my name, knew why I was there, and we talked about my situation conversationally.(If it matters to someone reading this: I was referred to Dr. Jayadevan by another urologist specifically to explore the value of my undergoing an Aquablation procedure.)He was great. Very responsive to my questions and concerns, both during that initial consultation and continuing past the Aquablation (which, happily, went quite well). If you want to hear something negative to make this more believable: The only thing I can think of is that each person I spoke with at UCLA Health pronounces 'Jayadevan' differently.Seriously, I can't say enough good things about my experience as one of Dr. Raj's patients.

Dr. Jayadevan is absolutely outstanding! He truly cares about his patients and thoroughly explains everything. I highly recommend this conscientious and smart urologist.

Dr Raja Devan without question is a fine human being, an extremely capable diagnostician, and possesses excellent surgical skills. When you meet him, he will, indeed, light up the room with his very attentive and eager personality. More than anything, he has earned my trust and faith. As a surgeon myself, I know that's not easy to do, and I highly recommend him to all patients in need of a urologist.

Dr Jayadevan is the most compassionate, skilled, and professional doctor I have ever met. He walked me through the process of getting a vasectomy, and answered all of the questions I had should I want it reversed. He made sure to leave no stone unturned. There is no one I would trust more than him! Definitely recommend him for all of your men’s health care needs.

I wanted to share my experience of being treated by Dr. Rajiv Jayadevan who I would classify as a brilliant and sympathetic caregiver. His kindness and thoroughness stand as a perfect example of a doctor’s highest qualities. I found him to be extremely patient without any time pressures on my examination that made me feel both relaxed and confident in his skills. It was the first time that I visited a urologist and although, I entered his office with some trepidation, I was immediately comfortable with his knowledge and consideration. Dr. Rajiv Jayadevan's ability to communicate the mysteries, abilities and cures in his specific profession is formidable. I honestly believe Dr. Rajiv Jayadevan to be an excellent personification of a trusted physician in a delicate practice.

I was referred to UCLA Urology for a Men’s Health concern and had the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Raj Jayadevan. Dr. Raj is a friendly and caring physician. I was impressed that even before our initial office visit, Dr. Raj took time to review the imaging reports on my chart and was already prepared to discuss the findings. During our appointment, Dr. Raj displayed excellent bedside manner and explained the conditions in a way that I can understand. He listened to my concerns and made sure all my questions were answered. Additionally, he provided detailed notes on my chart and sent me a handout summarizing the main points of our conversation. I returned to the clinic for a follow-up analysis, and Dr. Raj personally called me informing me of the results later that day. It has been reassuring to know that the conditions were not a major issue and that the analysis results were normal. Dr. Raj’s dedication and thoughtfulness made the entire process a great experience. Thank you!
