This was the best experience I've ever had with any doctor! Dr. Aru spent 36 minutes with us. He explained everything I needed to know in a way that was easy to understand, and he answered my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly.

Worst Experience Ever! I Wanted To Cry
My daughter was referred due constipation. He went off a report two months old. It took a month just to be seen. I told him that the medications she is taking is not working but he insisted to take it. I got no where! I asked about medication for her abdomen pain and he said I don’t know and he told me I’m not prescribing you opioids I never asked that and there are more medications than opioids. He said give her Acetaminophen I said I thought it makes you constipated. He gets up, storms out, and brings two samples total of eight. I asked if I could have a Prescription so he types it instead of sending an electronic copy to pharmacy I had listed. My pharmacy and insurance company has been trying to contact him to fill out form so they can process it. No response yet I asked him is he going to look further into her situation and he said im wasting millions of dollars to look into. He slams down the keyboard to order xray and scan and left the room His nurse came to discharge me.

I left this appt feeling very good. My questions were answered and I feel like we have a good plan going forward. I never felt rushed. Things were communicated clearly and I appreciated the diagrams and the drawing that Dr Aru did.

The doctor listened very well and took a lot of notes; he had clearly looked at my daughters chart prior to the appointment as well. He was very thorough and explained things very well not only to me, but also directed things towards my daughter in an age appropriate manner. He was courteous and respectful of her as well.

Great experience. The doctor spent time, talked to my 10 year old in a respectful and friendly way, and was thoughtful. Great bedside manner. I am particularly impressed with his thoroughness. He looked at the problem from numerous perspectives and with a wide lens. I could not be more impressed!

Dr. Aru diagnosed me at 11 years old. I graduated from pediatrics, but I truly trusted Dr. Aru with treating my Crohn’s Disease. I highly recommend him for your child.
