Probably the best ENT doc I have ever seen as a pt
More through. Really cares about his patients. The only one who actually resolved my sinus problems and reduced my allergy symptoms for months at a time. Have seen top specialists at teaching university medical centers that are not as good. Was very sad that he moved away and wish he was still in Richmond VA.

I took my ten month daughter to see Dr.Dalton today for a consultation for tubes in her ears. First of all there were signs up all over the waiting room don't let your kids touch the Christmas decorations, supervise you kids to the point that I felt like the Grinch lived there. Staff were rude aside from the nurse practitioner. The nurse flat out lied to me! I never got to meet the doctor that would be doing surgery on my baby. After all of this I decided I would NOT continue to see Dr. Dalton!

Treated me like we were on the battlefield. Packed my nose straight out of the package. Caused nightly nosebleeds with recommendation of c-pap after he ripped the inside of my nose. Went to UK and was diagnosed with a deviated septum (broken nose). UK applied gel to packing prior to gently inserting into my nose. Surgery cured my problems. Sold my c-pap. Sleep like a baby now. Only problems are nightmares about Randall Dalton.

Tells something different each visit. Completely changes recommendations when viewing exact same results. You'll be using salt water nose spray and a Neti pot until what ever you're suffering from kills you.
