Office staff Tish called me petty
6 months awful pain. Was referred to this office and insurance said they were in network but when I called they said that my insurance was not. They REFUSED to send my referral to a local Rheumatologist well known for great care in our area who WOULD take my insurance. This is a common practice amongst specialist—-and then she called me petty. They are the ones playing games. Don’t go to this place. They are rude disrespectful and don’t care about helping people. They are clearly all about the money.

Incorrect and Uncaring
Dr. Reed's human interaction skills are subpar, and his ability to listen and look at the whole picture are even worse. He quickly dismissed my concerns, symptoms, positive RF bloodwork, and my family history to tell me that I did not have RA, but went ahead and ordered some tests (mostly in their in-house lab). He told my husband and I that with RA patients, he can see their misshapen hands from across the room, but I did not show that. He also offered to prescribe an NSAID, which we had previously discussed how it makes me vomit (this was also listed on my paperwork). Since then, I have been seen by another Rheumatologist who confirmed that I have RA and began treatment immediately to prevent progression of the disease. I am feeling so much better already!

Dr Reed and his office staff are a model of what a doctor's practice should be and use to be. Sorry more physicians and their staff lack this. You are treated as a patient with respect and care. Many people respond to that type of treatment, having faith in your doctor...

I was referred to Dr. Reed by my Primary Physician for Arthritis Flareup etc. Dr. Reed’s Staff are courteous and Professional. Dr. Reed did a thorough Physical work up, as well as gaining info on my Medical History etc. He is patient and takes the time to explain treatments, answer questions etc., explain why he is ordering Tests. I received written Confirmation of Test Results, notes from my Visit and Instructions for follow up. I appreciate having been referred to Dr. Reed, and the care I am receiving through him.

Doctor Reed is the most thorough doctor I have ever been to. He looks at me as a whole person and sees all of my diagnoses, not just the lupus that he treats me for. He remembers my issues from visit to visit and always asks how I'm doing with regard to my migraines, hypothyroidism, weight loss, etc. He follows my lupus so carefully - I never worry about things because I know he has it all under his watchful gaze. I always feel like I am in the best of hands when I am with him. He truly is a top notch practitioner.

So love this practice! Everyone is friendly and kind. Dr. Reed explains his plan of care in a thorough and compassionate manner. Dawn (nurse who gives me my infusions) is awesome and very kind. Anna and Logan, the women at the front of the practice are so friendly. I truly look forward to my monthly appointments. This practice has been a bright spot in my health care journey - thank you!
