I moved out of town about 5 years ago, so I haven't seen Dr Watson for a while. I've been looking for a new doctor since I moved, and can't find one I'm happy with. I here putting a review because I'm at the point where I'm willing to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to get my favorite doctor back! I recommend him to everyone I get the chance to.

IM NOT WORTH HIS TIME
I’ve gone to him an his office for over 20 years. But all the sudden nobody answers the phones, an he acts like he’s to good to talk w u. I was on several medications that can’t jus b stopped but because he didn want to fill out the extra paperwork anymore he just up an told me I needed a new Dr?! WTH he wouldn’t even feel my anti-depressant. Horrible person

My husband likes Dr. Watson a lot. I wish their billing practices were more consistent. I often have to call about issues. The office staff could really be more helpful and friendly. Even the billing manager couldn't be bothered to make sure they had our proper insurance information. Shameful.

My family has been seeing Randy for 20+ years. This man is very talented and has a heart of gold. I’ll be honest, his staff could be a bit friendlier, but they have also been with him a long while, and that shows loyalty and good character. His facility needs some serious updating as it appears remain in the “Golden Girls age”, not so MAUVE-lous.

would not reccomend this office at all. I have been with them for over 20 years. I have not needed to go in , In winter-2014 I went in for pneumonia- they said i had a balance due from 2011? So after investigation ,the office did not send in the claim in a timley manner IE several months later. The insurance proved it, and sent all docs to me, which I then passed on. Today I need to see them- and they say =sorry, your in collections. They will not take any RESPONSIBILITY. i did my part. They d

He is a wonderful Physician. He does not try to push medications on me and he has a genuine interest in my health. He asks a lot of questions to get to the root of each problem - that in itself is very important to me. He has an easy going personality and I feel very comfortable confiding in him and Leslie (his nurse).
