Not acceptable with Dr. Cooper
When my doctor referred me to Dr. Randy Cooper. My husband got a call from Dr. Cooper, to push me to come to his office same day (it was 3 pm). I said no, give me time to schedule. Dr. Cooper did cancel my appointments twice. When he was suppose to removed lump, he did took half of it. He did not ask me if I have any allergies to staple? He did put staples on my breast. I have had rash, bruised and caught gauze with staples then went back a week later then he only removed 3 staples and leave rest of staples. I got worse then came back on Monday. Nurse Taylor was kept us wait for one hour in waiting room and said Dr. Cooper is in surgery other patient. I demanded other doctor. Other doctor came and saw that, removed all staples and gave me antibiotics. A week later Dr Cooper called and said cancel that same day and wanted me come in at 9:15 am next day. I said no, I have Dentist on Army Base at 1 pm. I will not going back to Dr Cooper. Dr Cooper is SLOPPY on my breast. I fired him.

My experience with Dr. Cooper and his staff was excellent. Sandra went out of her way to get my mammogram when my regular md didn’t send them as they were supposed to. Brittany worked fast and efficiently to get me booked into their surgery schedule within days. They didn’t drag anything out. No long waits for surgery or results. Dr. Cooper was competent and comforting. He immediately made me feel at ease. Very personable and friendly. I have great respect for him and his team. I don’t know all their names, but they’re all great. I think it was Bianca that was got me through the first biopsy. One hand pressing on my back to keep me still and the other holding my hand during the most uncomfortable parts. I feel like I was in the best hands possible. My results were wonderful, no cancer in either of my two surgeries/biopsy’s. I am grateful for how they handled my frightful health issues. God bless this group of dedicated nurses, staff and Dr. Cooper and all the women who go through this.

Dr. Cooper is a physician with a heart of gold. He is a good Christian. He has a great bed side manner and a good sense of humour. I have known him since he did his surgical residency. He was a great comfort to me when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. He listened and supported me thru a difficult time. I was able to call him at anytime.
