Potential Patients Beware
I became a new patient in March 2024. In May I hurt my back really bad (it was a Thursday) and on Friday called for an appointment. They could not get me in on Friday or any day the next week. I was told I needed to do the bone density mri before I could get an appointment. I did the bone density and they told me they would order a back x-ray. When I called to schedule the appointment for back x-ray, SimonMed said they had an order for a chest x-ray. I did that too. Then I found a new doctor who referred me to an orthopedic doctor who ordered an MRI for my back and discovered I have arthritis. Dr. Shuck's lack of concern for my back problem should be a red flag for any potential new patients.

Arrogant.
Front office staff is fabulous! Dr wouldn't give me a referral to Cancer Center for my last visit (5 yr cancer free) because he taught some course. Gives off arrogant vibe, talks down to you. Practice has a Portal, but I was told not to use it to communicate - call the office. I changed primary docs as soon as I could. No wonder he needs to advertise on the side of busses...
