Dr. Ratnavali Kolla, MD

Dr Kolla is exceptionally bright & empathetic. She is well-informed of developing changes in the field of epilepsy and its evolving pharmacology. The office staff is knowledgeable and caring. My education is in the field of BS Chemistry and doctoral Organic Chemistry. I cannot express enough gratitude for their office.

Dr Kolla *LISTENS* and explains stuff. She is more than willing to repeat what she told you, often in terms that are easier to understand.

Dr. Kolla is a very professional doctor and is very dedicated towards her patients. I have been running around different doctors trying to find the cause if my problem. Dr. Kolla took her time to actually understand my problem and gave me a treatment that finally worked. She cares a lot about her patients and treats people with the upmost respect. She did her job as a doctor very well. God bless her for her amazing service.

My old Neurologist retired. Dr. Kolla is wonderful. She is kind, understanding and easy to talk to. I get along with Dr. Kolla, as well as her staff who are just as wonderful. Everyone there is so nice and easy to talk to.

I went in to have a consultation for a tooth extracted and the team seemed to be annoyed with the surgeon (dr kolla), and openly being argumentative about him and his forgetfulness amongst the other staff members. I figured ok they must just be having a bad day, we all have them right? Well apparently this is the mood of office regularly because when I returned to have my actual extraction done, he was arguing with the dental tech who would be assisting him in my procedure. There was no procedure information prep just tossed a cape on me and said “open your mouth”. He inserted a tool Which was scraping my gums as I expressed my discomfort he says “well I haven’t even done anything yet” so I told him to remove the tool and wiped my mouth with a tissue and my gums were bleeding and I showed him this was the result of him doing “nothing”. He shot a look at his assistant which I caught and shot the look right back to him! He began with numbing the site no explaining what I should expect so I was a little tense. Once the numbing meds set in he began tugging etc to remove my tooth and I experienced mostly just pressure and slight discomfort no real pain but he was leaning over me forcing my body lean to away from him then complain I was “running”. The process lasted maybe 20 minutes but I should’ve left and scheduled somewhere else and he needs to retire!

Terrible customer service by this facility. Front desk is extremely non-responsive. Main physician does not take the responsibility for inquires his patients have during after visits. Do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional foot doctor.

Horrible accounting. Bill was paid in full. 6 months later I started getting bills for $6.XX due an accounting error on their part. I paid the bill, but will NEVER - EVER !! return to this office. The office manager should have a clue of how this action would affect their customers. Customer BEWARE!

I went in with my mom since the appointment was for her. We went with Dr. Kolla since he speaks Spanish. He enters the room and he introduces himself and continues on to say " I don't know who schedule you with me but I'm not taking any new patients over the age of 65, because I'm also old and have a lot of patients." OK? and? I have no idea why this is how you wanted to leave your first impression but it came off as rude and dismissive. My mom didn't even get the chance to introduce herself, to be more familiar with him. He basically rushed the visit, he heard what my moms concern was, but it felt like if we were in trouble by the way he spoke to us, like if it was our fault for seeing him and we should of known better because his preference in patients is younger then 65. Once he left the room, we left to the front and didn't want to wait for him to explain anything else. we just wanted to get out and I complained to the receptionists on how he was rude. where they apologized for that. There was a more professional way about going about this situation and the way he did it, was not professional at all. It was more of a (I'm just here picking up a pay check, until I retire type of attitude). I would not recommend him.

Don't bother calling them because their phone lines will ring busy and send you through a loop of "press one to reach a representative," it ringing a few times, and the same spiel again. You'll be pressing one for a half hour before hanging up frustrated.

I am taking my mother for treatment, and every visit, we are very pleased with Dr Kolla. She always gives good treatments and advice. Despite they are very busy, but the office always fill out the necessary documents in a timely manner. They are very flexible for scheduling a Tele visit and I am grateful for that since my mom is an elderly and is very difficult to take her to the office in person. The level of treatment has never been different from in office or Tele visit. I have recommended Dr kolla to my friends, and they are also pleased.

Until today I had been a patient of hers since 2017 and was very pleased with her level of care. Today's visit was honestly less than 1 star but I do not have that rating option. I will start by saying that my PCP has advised they had been sending in my blood work since last year for a medication that I need. The last time I inquired was in January and the receptionist was so rude and nasty I didn't bother following back up. She was curt answering my questions but had not even bothered to pull up my file. Back to today - she (as I refuse to call her a doctor from this experience) acted as if she didn't even want to touch me. They offered me a little gown to change in. Its was very small and not made for curvy women. My skin was sticking to the seat and felt really clammy so I stood up until she arrived. The first thing she offered me was one of those bibs they use when you're getting your teeth cleaned. It was rather insulting because again I am curvy and not a small woman. I felt like she couldn't read the room and did not want to give me another gown so I just made it work.

This doctor noted an "improvement" in my health and tried to get my Social Security Disability benefits stopped. This after 36, yes, I said thirty six major operations. I am house confined, cannot drive because of seizures, and have had 2/3rds of my pancreas removed. Not a great experience

If there was a zero I would give it to this office.the doctor is ok , however, the staff crew is very unorganized and not so professional. The so called office manager did not know how to navigate through the insurance paperwork her office needed. My advice to Dr. Kola is to immediately either re-train his staff or replace them altogether. people's skills go along way in improving a patient's experience and sharpens the office's overall functionality and quality of services.

This office is very unprofessional. I took my Dad here for a physical . Dr. K said she would be calling back with his blood work results and it’s been a month and still no call. I called today and the receptionist put me on hold and then told me her system was down. Also this office does not do video visits and it’s a pandemic .

Unprofessional and prescribed the wrong medication.

A waste of time and money

The service is horrible. They don't have knowledge of the products they sell. And very matter of fact about helping you get checked out and happy you stopped by. Like we're taking up their space or air or time.

Wait times are ridiculous and he has no respect for others and their time. He walks in late and does not apologize for his tardiness. What I want done literally only takes less than 10 mins but he presses me out to make another appointment. Worst place, worst doctor, crappy service, and long wait times for appointments that only take 2 minutes. Smh.

This place is dirty and rundown. The staff is unprofessional and they overbook by a long shot. Waited over an hour and there were still 5 people ahead of us. Appt was on a Thursday and the hours were 8am-11am and people were still coming in for appts. Very upset about this place. Not recommended.

Dr. Kolla knows what she did. I hope she is no longer practicing.
