Good experience.
I had a good experience. He took his time. I had surgery and saw him for one year.

The absolute WORST doctor I’ve ever met
Arrogant, pompous, rude, dismissive, and sarcastic. I went with my wife to an appointment today and I’ve never experienced a more disrespectful and unprofessional doctor in my life. He acted like my wife was a waste of his time, rolled his eyes, and instead of answering questions, he either simply repeated himself in a more annoyed manner or made sarcastic “suggestions” and treated us like we were stupid. I was absolutely disgusted and my wife left in tears. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy.

Stay Away!!
Dr Gardocki is the rudest, most arrogant doctor that I have ever met. As I was explaining my symptoms and care to date, he interrupted, made faces and dismissed my pain and issues. He literally asked me why I was bothering to see him..”a surgeon”. When I replied that I was referred he again made faces and was dismissive. During my exam he yelled at me multiple times because I wasn’t sitting in the right place on the table (I was sitting exactly where he had directed me) and that I purposefully put my foot down early when he pushed on it (not true). All I wanted was a prescription for physical therapy which I stated several times. He pushed me to downloading an app to do it myself at home. At the very end of the visit he finally looked at my X-rays and said “oh, you have a degenerative disc in your back. It’s about 1/2 the size that it should be. It’s probably what it causing your problem “. No apologies for treating me like a liar

Extremely arrogant
He never asked me any questions. No assessment, no history obtained. Came in telling me that he disagreed with the radiologist that read my MRI. What he had to say was more important than anyone else. His own office PA referred me and he had the audacity to ask me if I “knew he was a surgeon” and wanted to know who “referred” me. I’m an RN, in this day and age if you are a skilled surgeon but have no tact or interpersonal skills you need to bring someone in your appointments with you to be a buffer. Plenty of surgeons use mid-levels for that. It just shows his arrogance. He also in no way shape or form represented any of Vanderbilts CREDO. He needs to find somewhere else to practice in my opinion. Maybe California or New York with his rudeness . Would never recommend.

I did not feel he had any compassion what so ever
It was a long wait time to see the man. He came in very uncaring and offered little information. Also felt he was condescending. I don't think he cares about people and their problems.

Worst doctor ever! He was rude, dismissive and never listened to anything I said. I left his office and never went back. It seems like he thrives on being cruel to patients.

My first visit with Dr. Gardocki was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. He was rude, demeaning and unprofessional. When I did not answer his questions or understand his questions, he became visibly angry and raised his voice. When I left his office I felt emotionally abused.

The experience with this doctor was absolutely disgusting. The way he interrogated and tried to confuse my 85 year old grandmother was mind-blowing. I still can not believe it all. I can not believe my Aunt and I sat there and allowed that to happen. My sweet grandmother looked over at us with sweet and sad eyes wanting us to help her during the interrogation and when we spoke up his hand went up and shutted us up. He had duper's delight enjoying disrespecting her and nearing bringing her to tears. I do NOT recommend him to ANYONE. These other reviews validate that for me as well.

The worst human being I have ever met. He should not be allowed to practice medicine as he is a bully, rude and thinks he is a god. He treated me awful and I have reported him to the Clinic. Everyone knows about him so I am amazed that he is still allowed to practice. I even got 2 emails to my business when other patients read my review and said they had the same experience. I have met a lot of nuts in this world but this one is diabolical.

I came to him previously and was asked if I was there for back pain or scoliosis, that the 2 were not related... excuse me? He told me all my other physicians I had been seeing for years were wrong and the Xrays done were not right. He wanted me to do therapy right after I finished a round of therapy. Needless to say, I left out in tears and have not followed up with my scoliosis since. Seek another physician unless you want to be treated like dirt.

Dr Gardocki will tell you the best surgery is no surgery; he goes over all treatment options. He is very candid with his diagnosis and tempers it with a sense of humor. If you are looking for a "yes man", he is not the physician for you. He is direct and genuinely concerned about your health and pain.

I've been seeing Dr Gardocki for over 3 year. I tried to change to another doctor in the clinic and was told I could not change doctors. After my last visit I am changing doctors and to another clinic. I am tired of getting nervous before my appointment not knowing how I am going to be talked to by Dr. Gardocki. I want a doctor who has bedside manners and respect for his patient. He has told me conflicting things about my prior surgery he performed and more.

Great visits, extremely willing to explain problem. Willing to provide a concise, objective explanation of his treatment recommendations. Only complaint is he required a functional capacity evaluation before determining a disability rating. I would definitely recommend him as well as Campbell Clinic.

Awful first and last experience with him. He basically told my mom she was an idiot when she told him my dad had a broke vertebrae. He responsed that she didn't know wha she was taking about. He never took the time to ask questions from his patient or view the ct scan m parents took to him from the er. I would never recommend him
