Excellent
Fantastic experience with Dr. Clifford. My last Dermatologist didn't listen to me and barely checked my skin Dr. Clifford listened, took me seriously, and checked my skin very thoroughly. She was fast and efficient.

Incompetent
Completely incompetent doctor. Had a thickening patch of skin on my nose that my primary care physician thought was Rhinophyma, a complication of rosacea, a skin condition. She referred me to Dr. Clifford. Dr. Cliffords beside manner is nonexistent, and she wanted to refer me to an ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) doctor for the skin on my nose. I could not believe it. I left, sought a new dermatologist who agrees, it's absolutely Rhinophyma. New dermatologist couldn't hide their shock when I told them Dr. Clifford wanted me to see an ENT.

No information
My questions were followed by the most brief answers and, “I’ll send you home with paperwork.” The paperwork didn’t have the information I needed. She spent barely five minutes in the room. I’m left to either wait weeks for an appointment with another physician, I already waited weeks for this one, or just hope my uneducated googling can find an answer.

Incompetent staff
Incompetent staffing. I have literally waited for this appointment for months. I could’ve booked with another physician in the time that I waited or been on another waitlist somewhere else. Went to my appointment today to find the office closed, when I called to find out what’s going on I was told that she hasn’t been in the office for over a week and that somebody should’ve called me, but they didn’t or I would’ve been standing there at a closed door.
