Dr. Quiroz is a great cardiologist, and a very caring person. His office is very efficient as well, and you never have to wait too long for your appointment.

I have found Dr. Quiroz to be thorough, thoughtful, and provides me a full explanation of what he is thinking concerning my care. He came highly recommended by my Internist. I have nothing to criticize him on in the visits I've had with him.

Dr. Rene Quiroz is very thorough and explains my test results to my satisfaction. He demonstrates kindness and patience with a pleasant smile. I truly appreciate that he remembered to request the "smallest" pill available for me to the pharmacy when he called it in.

Dr. Quiroz was great. But the staff could use some improvements. 1. I received a call to see if I would do a televisit. My regular appt. was 3 hours later on the same day. I had already scheduled time off from work. Three hours is a very short notice of change. 2. Since I was getting ready for appt I was not able to answer my phone when the call came in. When I called back, I only got the answering service which couldn’t help me. After 9:00 i called again and after going through the long telephone menu I talked to someone and ask to talk to Crystal, Dr Quiroz assistant only to get a message that stated she was gone for the day. So again I call the front desk, went through that long menu again and finally got to talk to someone with Dr Quiroz staff who explained what was going on. 3. Obviously this was very frustrating. But that is a very short notice of change and the front desk should know who is there and who isn’t. So in conclusion, very frustrating. But Dr. Quiroz was great.

Very friendly, remembers patients and cares about them. Never rushes patients and listens to concerns and advises with those concerns. Does care about the patients and their families and asks about activities they are involved. Truly exceptional.

Dr Quiroz have good information about my recent Coronary CatScan and suggested two options. He is very professional and explains well also talks to me at eye level that is very considerate to me. Love him and his staff I will recommend him to my family and friends . That is why he was recommended from my niece . Thank you Dr Quiroz ??

if anyone is looking for a cardiology physician i personally recommend dr quiroz, this is the most understanding caring knowledgeable physician you can find in this field. he cares about his patients and takes the time to get to know you and to know your concerns. he listens to you and is extremely easy to talk to about any concern i highly recommend dr quiroz.

Polite, professional and caring . I never have to wonder if he is talking about me or someone else(which tends to happen with speciality Drs) . He listens to my concerns and make sure a I understand everything before I walk out the door. I couldn’t have gotten a better cardiologist if I tried. I like that he doesn’t give a bunch bs and can be blunt at times . Never harsh or crass . Never had to wait long to be called back either . I am not stuck playing the what if’s game in the lobby. I trust him wholeheartedly with my heart health !!

This was my first visit. I truly appreciated Dr. Quiroz's approach. He immediately asked the reason for my visit and promptly began to speak to me about all my records my primary doctor had sent. This was so refreshing in that a specialist actually received and read my charts from my PCP. What was also very amazing was that Dr. Quiroz took the time to educate me on my previous blood work results and what it all meant. He also helped me understand how diabetes can affect the Heart. He answered all my questions and assured me we should be able to get answers from using a heart monitor and getting an ECHO. I really like the passion he has for getting answers and making sure I understand our next steps. I am so glad my PCP sent me here. And it's a plus that they have an office Boerne!

Dr. Quiroz is one of the best and one of the most caring doctor I've ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. He really ask probing questions and intently listens to the responses. His demeanor gives me great confidence in following his medical recommendations. I highly recommend new patience contact his office and experience what I have found to be a JEWELL in the medical profession.
