Dr. Renee Cotter, MD

Office staff was fine, Dr is another story. She insulted me numerous times and told me to get an ultrasound for something that I didn't have to have one for-confirmed by a different obgyn. She does not have a good bedside manner and I do not recommend her all.

I felt rushed and dismissed by Dr.Cotter.I was given 2 creams to use and upon reading the info.about them when I got the prescription, it noted that the doctor was supposed to see the patient in several weeks for a follow up. No appointment was ever suggested.I got the feeling that if I questioned anything else that I would be shut down by the doctor and her dysfunctional front office staff.Not a pleasant experience for me at all.Not returning, obviously.

Dr Cotter is incredible! She really treats her patients with care and shows real concerns. Excellent bed sides manners and attentive follow ups. She helped me through some difficult times and I appreciated her advice and expertise. I took off one star because her front office staff is not on par. Rude, brash and often clueless.

Dr Cotter is very professional and knowledgeable, yet compassionate. I appreciate her thoroughness.

As always my experience has been great. I have been seeing Dr. Cotter for over 25 years and she treats you like a person and not just as another patient. She spends time with you, answers all questions; I have never been rushed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a referral. You won't regret it.

I was trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient Receptionist was rude,curt,rushed,and dismissive.Why would I want to even go to this office if I am disrespected and rushed off the phone?To me,first impressions at medical offices are super important OBVIOUSLY NOT AT THIS OFFICE THOUGH.They could care less.Very unprofessional.

I used to see Dr. Cotter until I moved out of the area. I made an appointment online now that I'm back in the West Valley. The front office receptionist/assistant was so nasty that I won't be going back. Somehow they didn't have my appointment in their system even though I got a confirmaiton email. I understand. Mistakes happen. But Sarahdi (sp) was rude, unhelpful, didn't even try to apologize or address the situation until I asked if I could reschedule. She acted both surprised and irritated that I felt inconvenienced in any way. I was nothing but polite (trust me I was biting my tongue) but she was abrupt and dismissive. I was so put off that I will not be returning to the office.

Incredible doctor. I feel so blessed to have found her. Very professional and experienced.

I love Dr. Cotter. She is never rushed, explains everything in very clear detail and is genuinely caring.
