I’ve been with Dr. Catlett for many years. He is a dear, sweet, caring physician who takes an active interest in the whole person—not just their physical self. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rick!

Dr. Catlett was referred to me by my primary Doctor who couldn't seem to get a handle on my problem. After several tests, Dr. Catlett diagnosed me with COPD and recommended treatment. In follow-up appointments, he always takes the time to discuss the problem and the options available. I wish I had met Dr Catlett, years ago. He has made my problem much easier to deal with.

I was getting 4-5 cases of bronchitus a year, Dr. Catlett helped me get it down to 0-1 case per year. He is kind, attentive and caring, just what I needed. He has helped me with other problems and is not afraid to refer you out.

Dr. Catlett takes the time to talk and evaluate in a way that will soon be lost. He is a professional and offers a lifetime of experience that reflects a true specialist. We are very grateful for his expertise and highly recommend him for anyone suffering from respiratory ailments. He was very accessible during my father’s recent illness and a reassuring presence during a stressful time. We are very blessed to his presence in our area.

The first. 2 months we went to this office was good. After that 2 months the staff was rude when answering the phones. Also the dr would ask my wife how many mg tablets she wanted to take. I thought he was the dr not us. Also the nucala treatment my wife was on stopped helping her fully..we asked 3 times for testing to be done and got denied all times. When i requested a new dr to see because it didnt seem like he cared to treat her. We are now not allowed back. Very unprofessional

The nurses there are great and so is Dr. Catlett. The person who answers the phone and is the middle man between the patient and doctor is extremely rude. She is no help at all and has terrible 'bedside manner'.

A wonderful and caring doctor. He listens to what I need and gives the best advise possible. I would not change doctors unless one of us moved.
