WORST TREATMENT BY A DOCTOR EVER
RUDE UNFAIR TREATMENT WORST SERVICE AND TREATMENT I HAVE EVER EVER EXPERIENCED DT RICHARD IMSAIS WAS AND HAS BEEN RUDE SINCE I STARTED USING HIM AS MY PRIMARY DOCTOR WELL ON APRIL 5TH BECAUSE THE MEDUCATION HE WAS TRYING TO PRESCRIBE DIDNT NOT AGREE WITH MY BODY HE CHANGED INTO A SARCASTIC PERSON WITH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE HE GOT UP SET WHEN I REJECTED THE MEDICINE HE WAS TRYING TO OFFER I WAS TOD THERE IS 100 DOCTORS OUT THERE AND TO LEAVE HIS OFFICE THE PAIN I WAS IN HE DIDNT ASIST AT ALL I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THAT WAY AND I KNOW OTHER PATIENTS THAT HAVE TYHE SAME PROBLEM I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS MAN TO MY DEAD GRAND MOTHER HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I REACHED OUT TO PATIENT SERVICE BUT NO ONE HAS RESPONDED AS OF TODAY SHAME ON YOU I PRAY YOU GET HELP CONSIDERING SO MANY PEOPLE LIVES ARE TRUSTED IN YOUR HANDS I RATHER GO UNDER THE CLAIBORNE BRIDGE AND ALLOW A HOMLESS PERSON TO ASSIST ME I PROBABLY GET BETTER TREATMENT I ASSUME BECAUSE BECAUSE IM BLACK THAT HE REALLY DIDNT CARE

I recommended him after my 1 st visit. He has compassion, he really listens and hears what you tell him. He and his staff are very quick to respond your needs. staff is extremely freindly and plesant hats off to a great group of employees

Dr. Imsais is very professional and friendly, he has excellent bedside manners. I have been going to him for a few years now and I always feel comfortable and in good hands. I highly recommend him.
