Dr. Ming took the time to fully consider the symptoms I had and extended his personal access because he was quite sure I would be in the emergency room shortly - insurance did not allow it at the moment I saw him. He was correct, saved my health and me from an unnecessary operation. I have had three decades of good health as a result of his care.

I would NOT recommend them at all, Ming may be good, but I'll never Know as his support staff is worthless. I've been faxing documentation to them for two weeks. Each time I call the receptionist says "Well, we haven't received it yet" call back in a couple of weeks. I really would have liked to speak with a medical person to get some concerns answered. Worthless on the phone. They don't seem to care or think anything matters. I can't imagine they get anything done on time and without issues.

Dr Ming is a wonderful physician. He left the practice for a while (health related?) and I’m so glad he’s back. Initially, it took me almost a year to get an appointment with him. The medical assistant and checkout person I had were both top notch in their customer service skills.
